Working on brand-new machining jobs is highly rewarding, challenging, and a lot of fun. Management is incredibly accommodating and respectful of personal needs. They readily adjust workplace schedules and hours when life comes up. You receive  4 weeks of vacation time. Additionally, management ensures you have all the necessary tools and accessories to perform your job effectively.

Family orientated,   been in business since 1950's,  very friendly staff,  calm, respectful environment.    

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
10 hours production,   2 breaks 1 lunch.   Steady work,  relaxed atmosphere.

Great place to work if you want to work a simple stress free job. They pay minimum pay with a raise yearly which don't usually help with life expense but is better than nothing I suppose. They also give yearly bonuses as well. They are amazing about missing time for family illness, Very accommodating. 

I was fortunate to move into a position that I knew little about but with the help of the entire staff and sales force, I quickly acquired sales skills, and time management skills.

This opportunity was a great fit for my lifestyle at the time in which I was employed.
Offers the ability to learn new skills in a medium paced setting, working interdependently as well as within a team.

Enjoyed my 14 years there, they really care about their employees! Great 100% benefit package, rrsp plan, and wages! They pay overtime after 8 hours per day

A great company which provides opportunity to learn and grow, supportive management, gets to work on processes related aerospace and nuclear sector.  

Amazing people here, great benefits. 7am-3 couldn’t get better than that, but could definitely pay more. Even if you work there 10+ years you will never make much money.

Very friendly environment. Very understanding with time off for family or if you have children. Great benefits but the pay isn't great at all. Advancment barely happens.
