In a typical day, I would do alot ! I was asked to look after the labourers, and I would be Zoom booming, Skid steering, alot that had to get done, I was depended on to do it ! Which I really didnt mind ! Some days there were long hours, it just had to be that way to get things done, and they were very HIGH on safety , which I was also ! I got many safety awards, and I also got my five year award , and the co workers, were good guys, most of them, and the hardest part of the job was when there was stuff that had to be done, and done NOW ! I am the type of person, who at times, can get a bit cranky if people are not working, and I did get rid of some of them, the work has go to get done, thats it !!!! I enjoyed operating the Zoom BOOM ,. Skid steer and doing the maintenance when the project was almost done !!

You dont quit a job you quit a boss. Co-workers were great, work was easy, safety orientated. MANAGEMENT IS TRASH! I dont know who hired the foreman or job superintendent but they were mental cases. Haven't worked for worse people in my life. Cussing guys out in the morning meeting, missing pay on most pay checks. A general attitude of ignorance on a consistent daily basis from the foreman and superintendent.

My coworkers were so much fun, the foremen were knowledgeable and focused but also seemed to care about their guys as more than just a number. I felt like we were a team. Never wanted the project to end.

Fantastic work atmosphere, great bunch of people to work with. The money was great the loa made a big difference. Nightshift differential was a bonus to a great wage already. 

Was a well ran company. Very safety orietainted. Would work for them anytime. Was a grest experience.  Would recommend to anyone. Worked for 4 years building s rec crnter on thr north shore. Was a beautiful finish.

Could have gone longer, was hoping for a more permanent position would have opened up. Good, hard work was not rewarded. Did enjoy the work and the time spent in Cold Lake

ok place to work for just needs to respect there workers morei l learned lots form workin there like formin to door hard ware to runnin machine

Have steady work . Decent shutdowns. Supervisors and foreman’s show respect and treat others with respect overall a good company to work for . Will definitely go back again .

As for a Turn around company, work was productive and pay was appropriate. Work / Life balance was acceptable. I would recommend this company to people I know

Stuart Olsen was a great place to work I would recommend it to anyone wanting to start a career in construction. The bosses and management were all rerally good
