I enjoyed working there and like to work again there
The work place was very good and I met and worked with lovely people. Unfortunately my supervisor was moved to State and my first Supervisor was retired there fore I had to go and missed those days. I hope I can find new job there and go back there after 15 years . Shabnam Rahimi

It was a nice experience.
Interesting and I had fun assisting blind people. They are so patient and sweet. I learned a lot from this volunteer. And I was so happy for being part of the stem cell volunteer. They gave me chance to help people to extend their lives.

My team is the reason for my smile
Although upper management is the cause of regional stress, the Territory Managers and Event Coordinators within the region are the reason most of us are as upbeat as we are. We work together very well, and have excellent relationships with blood recipients and their families, local media and mobile site contacts to ensure the blood supply in our area maintain the amount required to keep up with hospital demands.
ProsFirst hand exposure of how blood and blood products save patients lives.
ConsSuccesses are rarely celebrated/acknowledged.

A very welcoming atmosphere with happy workers.
In my current position we rotate start times. This can be very helpful if you have children or appointments you have to keep without having to use your appointment time during working hours. Everyone is held accountable for their mistakes. Supervisors and managers will talk to you if something was not done according to the Standard Operating Procedure. This is done in a very positive manor to help support your growth as an employee within the company.
Pros6 am start shifts, and 5 pm start shifts
ConsHave to pay for parking.

The end result of what we do is highly rewarding
Although the job is highly regulated due to the nature of positions, it is also very rewarding knowing that you are helping to save a lives every day. Great benefits and some perks. There is usually something about every job that people don't like, but the only one that I really had issue with is the lack of job security.
