Stressful and fastpace
It entirely depend on you re management and staff that how you re work goes, the hardest part is working in drive through with only one person, and dealing with angry customers

Stand on your feet
Easy job fast paced at certain locations, all you really do is clean when it’s not busy and make sure that your tasks are done by the end of the day and serve coffee sometime you make sandwiches.

Productive and fast paced
It is very fast paced, especially in the mornings and afternoons for breakfast and lunch. It is very easy to get cross trained in different areas and to climb the ladder from position to position.

Corporate structure is bad
The corporate structure is not a sustainable model for a successful business. They rely on too few employees to try and cover over 3000 restaurants in Canada.

This job really wasn't my scene, so this is more of a personal thing, fast food/working with the public don't mix well with me, I had a few panic attacks at this job. My coworkers were pretty understanding and nice, though, they made things tolerable for the few months I worked there.

Demasiadas personas con ganas de mando ese y distintas maneras de hacer las cosas, generando caso y confusión. Además demasiadas culturas y nos e exige el inglés de manera que todos utilicemos el mismo idioma. En particular muy mala experiencia

Tim Hortons was a very fast-paced and somewhat competitive environment to work in. Provides lots of hours to help with making money but pay could certainly be better for the work.

Kind People, Unskillful management, Not Enough Pay
Listen This is 100% different between each store and should not be the difference between someone applying for Tim Hortons.
My Store has problems, Management isn't doing enough work, rumors are constantly being thrown around, and there are far more mistakes then there should be.
There are 2 people in Office at my store: The competent Assistant manager and the "Head Manager" who is only there twice a week and can't keep themselves in check.
The Supervisors are the Glue that keeps the store together and I often ask myself if they should be management. They make a lot of the decisions that affect their shifts and they are the ones that keep the store running efficiently
My wages are some of the lowest in the city. and we have lost many people due to this as well as what staff, have to deal with.
Pros10% discount on Items while working, Friendly Staff, and Supervisors you can turn to
ConsLow wage, too much work that you should be paid more for

Looks easy and not challenging
People think the job is easy go lucky and no-brainer but please note that all jobs aren’t easy as it seems. I hated it when customers belittle the employees just because
ConsManagement is terrible, Some managers get mad if you call in sick, they threaten you about not giving your days off
