If your not good at politics and lying through your teeth don't bother, they just want yes men, and smiles. My direct manager didn't spend anytime training me or have anything to do with my training but every time I did something wrong I was told well your coworker told you that. Because everyone remember 100% the things there told the first time they do something right? If you want free food and coffee and a slack job, you got it, This also means if your a hard worker, you can't expect the same from most of those around you.
I'm sorry I'm a person who can't learn after being shown something one time and you don't have things written in policy so your answer is well take your own notes. I'm sorry I ask questions to avoid making mistakes and it inconveniences others because they would have to teach me and take time away from there socializing. I quit but they actually fired my friend who was on probation, who also got no training and they replaces him with someones relative...

They only think about getting the job done without taking care about the employees. The management has no idea about the projects and just insist on finishing the projects as soon as possible putting lots of stress and pressure on employees. The salary is below the minimum limit of the market for engineers. They only want "YES" man and blame employees too much with disgusting and rude words. It is a kind of negative place. The company is not organized and all the tools and equipment are not in their right place. They mostly hire new grads and junior engineers to pay less without caring about the quality of job. There is no proper training for new employees. They treat you as disposable and there is no job security at all. AVOID working in this place.

If you still have a respect to yourself, if you value your mental health and if you don’t want to get stressed in a very toxic management, then please save your sanity and do not work here.
At first, it’s a promising to work here they promised you with okay salary but please don’t fall for it. It’s a trap. They will treat you parasite.
They hired no experience techs and admins for a cheaper salary.

There are still so many great company to work for please save yourself. Been struggling everyday working here, they terminate people without reasons at all every week. Thinking who’s next. Management thinks you are just trash. Whether you contributed in the company a lot they still think you are a trash so please please do not work here. A shady shady company too.


This company does not respect its employees. It is a family-run business, and most members of management are relatives, so their decisions focus on protecting their own interests. They do not provide any technical training, yet they expect you to perform at the level of an experienced worker while paying only the minimum salary. They claim that your salary will be adjusted after the 6-month probation period, but this is not true. The turnover rate is very high, and termination happens frequently. The boss often sends announcement emails that feel like threats, creating a negative, stressful work atmosphere. Overall, this company is not beneficial for your long-term career development.

Not sure where to start. Your job is not secure as they tend to move from province to province to utilize their incentives/rebates from the province. EVERYTHING I mean everything goes thru the owner. Buying a toilet brush or a pen will have to get an approval from him. Decision can literally change within minutes. The employees are always at faults. Micromanaging and pressure to push production at the beginning of the month. There are kingdoms in every Department and the strongest are the best shoes shiners. I would definitely not recommend anyone to this company . 



I recently started a role as a purchaser. They entice you with an okay salary and benefits. This company just opened up so I thought it would be a fresh experience. Warning do not fall for it. They will micromanage you and treat you like a number. I regret ever taking this job. Terrible unexperienced management style. They don't care about their employees only about getting the work done. Typical day is waiting for the day to end. There is nothing good about working here. Read the other reviews. I know a few people that have recently quit.

Horrible management with no management experience at all, just recently quit along with numerous other technicians. It’s a new location and they just hired so many people and almost everyone is quitting willing to change industries just to escape this zoo. There’s no proper tooling and a lot of un met promises. Beware they will treat you like you’re disposable, it’s the bombardier mentality and read the past reviews you’ll see how many bad ones there are, it’s like wherever they move the bad cloud hovers above. 

A company that contributed a lot on my stress. I developed anger, depression and anxiety when I worked here. Poor management. They don’t trust their own employees. No respect when having email conversation. Termination every week. Management loves if you eavesdrop. Management loves Vietnamese only. Management loves if you have no experience meaning you will have a minimum salary. Culture here is selfish. People here are mostly student visa. Good luck! 



This company goes through employees like you change your underpants.
Horrible job security- you never know when it’s your turn.
Pay was pathetic. Was hired for $1 less per hour than was advertised for the position.
$15 / hour for an aircraft repair and overhaul technician is rediculos.
Unless you have no other options, I would not work for this company.

Very high employee turnover, VP let go, Mfg Mgr quits, Dir Sales quits, QA Mgr let go, CNC programmer quits, Maint. Mgr let go, many more, Engineers hired then let go. College grads let go.
Eng Dir. doesn’t believe in GD&T, less clutter on dwgs. (lol), fewer questions from TC. Owner has been in the shop once.
Shop Super demoted for harassing employee(s) 
You don’t want to work here. Mgnt has their heads in the sand. Losing monies on R&O staples-ACM
