There is a very significant gap between what the Senior Leadership Team wants and what the employees can deliver.  The workload is high and they keep acquiring new companies and new business, although it would generally be a good thing, however, here there is no balance between the amount of staffing and the amount of work that is constantly thrown at you.  There is a lot of work to be done, but they keep piling on, so they keep hiring new staff and a lot of staff old and new keep resigning because they keep piling on more and more.

There is an extremely high turnover rate at 360insights, and very few people are willing to come to work here.  Senior Leadership doesn't seem to understand that hiring new people isn't always the answer. What you will hear a lot here is how they're throwing a lot of money at the workload issue, but it's a vicious cycle when new customers keep piling and employees keep quitting and the amount of time it takes the new hires to learn everything it's rinse and repeat cycle that never seems to end.

360insights is a very mixed bag as far as a workplace goes. It's a modern work environment, and overall the entire workplace is good. They can be accommodating (when they want to be) and pride themselves on the culture they maintain as a company. The problem is, this culture does not extend across the entire company. Management has a tendency to play favourites, and it's very difficult to advance without being one of them. Additionally, they do not support all levels and aspects of the company or the business. The call center employees in particular suffer from a disproportionate workload, high turnover, less access to the perks and "culture" that is offered to the other departments in the company, and less support in general. The company is well aware of this, but since that department isn't as directly tied to the bottom line, they don't bother doing anything about it.

360 has seen rapid growth in the last several years and with that can come growing pains. On the flip side, this also brings great opportunity as companies in other locations are acquired therefore expanding where we can move within the company. Side benefits like tuition reimbursement and a scholarship program mean internal movement & growth are attainable even if you still have some work to do to get there. 
Pressure to deliver is present but any time I have struggled and made my challenges known to management, leadership or HR, I have been supported in a way that I could have a successful outcome.
Would recommend but also understand that rapid growth is not the right kind of company for everyone.

Great company and awesome people.  100% home based, 100% in office or hybrid (your choice).  For entry level position the hours were 10-6:30 or 1:30 to 10 pm with Saturday shift rotation.  They provided all IT equipment to do your job, gear is shipped to you directly from FedEx or UPS.  Great benefit package from day 1.  Job duties are helping customers to troubleshoot processing errors or delays for consumer rebates by telephone or email.  The first 2 weeks are training at the office then you work under experienced employees until you feel comfortable to handle calls/emails on your own.  If you have call Center experience you will catch on quick, if not it would probably take a few months to get it.   

I had one good manager, they have since moved on to another company. No standard operating procedure, no ISO. They overload departments and have zero insight into root cause of problems, even when they are brought to management. They play favourties and allow for toxic behaviour from long-term staff. They will smile in your face and conspire behind your back, that includes ambitious co-workers, unqualified management and the fake as anything HR. Would not recommend. Looks good on the surface, toxic once you get down to it. The work-life balance they tout is actually integrating work into your life afterhours.

The culture at 360 is really great, fun and welcoming. But if you're in an entry-level job, you can barely participate in any of the actual cultural events or fun little meetings that they have going on throughout the day. The pay is okay, the coworkers are really nice and friendly, but the work can be really draining. They seem to genuinely care about people advancing through the company, though, which I will commend them for that. 

The work environment is a lot of fun, and professional life at 360insights is filled with club events and outings. Very supportive and collaborative staff members, I particularly liked daily huddles that brought people together from different departments.
On the other hand, a serious lack of strategic thinking and direction from the leadership, they tend to think in their own silos and entrepreneurial or innovative ideas are impossible to realize.

Overall a good place to work, the management on the other hand is different. They are supposed to scheduled bi-weekly meeting with you to discuss your progress this hardly ever happens. So if your doing great good but if your doing bad they just turn a blind eye and don’t discuss it with you.

Fast-paced, great culture, genuine leadership. 

Unclear parameters for what is measured as success, JD may not translate to day-to-day tasks, lots left to subjective judgment and "we're ALL figuring it out" seems okay till it's time to decide career advancement. Lots of food and community. Top managers seem to genuinely care.
