At first I thought this isn't to bad until you experience the drama and favoritism. I find myself being taken for granted. There are different station, point grill and fryer. I always seem to run the fry station by myself and they will have 3 to 4 on point and grill. I don't have a problem pulling my weight but take me for granted either

If u say you will work weekends. Make sure u mention u need everywhere weekend off. All the same ppl work weekends. Night staff needs to step up. Day staff is great. They have there issues a lot of drama. Supervisors need to step up too

Working in A n W has given me great experience as to how to approach customers, and how to deal with any scenarios on the spot. staff are very thorough, giving a perfect example on how to work the register and drive through. Little to no issues with customers or orders occurred.

Overall its was good place to work, Co-workers were also good, I learn many different things, gain good experience. Everyday i usally learn new and intreseting things.

the store is very understaff with not enough managers you will go in to a messy store that someone didn't clean the night before and half to be there before your shift in the morning and do un paid work if you reasonably want to get the store running  

i am not satisfied with the schedule,they just gave me 30h a week and they gave me two night shifts and two day shifts.i am not happy with that.

I enjoyed working there, i enjoyed cooking the meats and other fried foods. I had an injury while i worked there, but it was not work related. i was suppose to go get a doctors note for it but couldnt get a chance to go see a doctor.

They are the worst people I've ever worked with no respect given from the management when your a new person they expect you to know everything they just yell at you instead of telling you nicely never would recommend anyone to work there ever.

management doesn't do anything, they just sit in the back and do nothing all day everyday while you are alone buy yourself to deal with customers all day
