Working at A Berger was my first job in Canada and it gave my first Canadian experience so to say. I went head on with the different culture that the company have and each and everyone has different styles of working with one another. I made a lot of friends and up to this day I see them every now and then. It showed how determination and sacrifices that I made in order for us to survive the first few months we had here in Canada

A typical day at work would be taking over the shift from the afternoon shift, read the notes left behind for me about how the machine ran the previous shift. Start my machine make 5 parts, do my checks and then run production. I had never before been exposed to such big and technical machines, so i ended up learning everything. How the hydraulics in the machine works and the pneumatic energy works. Learned how to make high end precision parts measurements going as low as 0.012 microns.

the environment at A berger precision ltd. was very friendly . Apart from this I worked there as a machine operator and parts packer that was directly related to my studies. so I got some useful work experience from there . however , the hardest part of the job was the salary rate . that was too little as compare to work.

Fast paced, highly skilled work force.

New and high quality machines purchased for optimal performance.

Great people to work with. Lot of investment on the machining side from the company, but less concentrated on the people. Great place to start your career and they have good exposure to newer technologies and equipments.

Poor pay compared to other places, management planning is sub par.  There were no yearly raises, and management avoided talking to employees to prevent giving raises.  Most co workers were good to work with

very serious place to work doing car parts down to the micron.Got to learn all types of machines and tooling measuring devices,hardest part of job was no room for error, best part of job always kept you on your toes.

I love the working environment there but I had to left that job because of my school. And now I moved in BC but I learnt so many things related to work time management , Co operations  and loyalty 

There is a lot of room to grow and learn new skills. Team and management is friendly and willing to support people efforts. Management is investigating into new state-of-the-art equipment as needed.

Very good company and very supportive.All employees are very cooperative and very good Management.Great Culture and lot of things to learn . Advance Technology .
