A52 Warehouse

Every morning, the day started with a meeting  and orientation to plan the day. It was a physical and mental work, so we started to exercise first thing in the morning. Then we started to pick up our  scanners so that we can start working.Outbound work first :We entered and downloaded our personal information in the scanner. We downloaded the files of each products that needed to be picked on each scanner before starting to work. Each time the file was done, we downloaded another. We downloaded about 1000 files a day. Each time the files was done we printed the lables for each box which identified each products, size, quantity and color.Each box was checked and then shipped.Once that is done, the day was over.

Inbound work:
when the products comes from outside, they came in the warehouse. We downloaded each boxes, open the boxes, verified the quantity in each boxes for each orders.After we checked, we put each products on each rack. The scanners tell us each products location which help us when we pick the orders so that we know exactly where the products are.

the workplace is an absolute gong-show. management usually starts off the shift by yelling and berating the staff for their shortcomings that are a result of lack lacking training and zero planning. miserable environment, they never appreciate anybody and constantly push staff to work harder and move faster so that the company can tread water for a bit longer. i would rather be without a job and collecting debt than return to a52. sounds harsh, but it can really be that damaging to work here.

I loved that you could learn and work in every position in their warehouse. Help was always there when you needed it. Its a very productive and fast-paced working environment

None,I like the company because they work with you they have a lot of benefits they care about their employees. It's like a big family if you get sick they have like a little nurses station they let you go inside the nurse's station so you can feel better if you don't feel better they let you go home but they try to make you better first they're very caring people.

had bad training, low wage for the amount of work that is expected, no room for advancement. heaven forbid you get hurt.
i had a previous back injury from a different job, but i got hurt doing things that i had no help with or where just to heavy. and ad fell accouple times. wasn't reported out of Frear of being fired. was told by my doctor to take medical leave.
but to my Suprise when i came back, was treated as i didn't have a major back problem. struggled to do my best. but was eventually was lay'd off because they didn't want to accommodate me and my injury. 


There is always variety of work to be done. Sometimes its routine but always busy that we don't notice it. They have a great management team! I love working with my co-workers. The hardest part of the job is when its not busy and we get to be on-call. The most enjoyable part of the job is working as a team to accomplish our tasks.  There is a rush of energy when everyone is doing one thing to get that order out the door on time.

A52 used to be a place that I would reccomend to anyone I knew looking for work. While the pay could have been better, during my time the culture and management more than made up for it. Closer to the end of my employment the company seemed to become more disorganized and from what I hear, the company is struggling to keep up because of poor decisions made by the VP of operations. This WAS a great place to work. Real shame what its turned into.

Management never appreciates you for your hard work. Supervisors have a very arrogant attitude towards the employees.
Though employees are bit supportive. Moreover, it does not assure you of job security. Once the work slows down they find silly reasons like attendance, sick leave etc. to sack the employees and do not inform in advance.
 I would never like to work there. 

The work isn't hard, but there's a lot of walking so your feet will really hurt for about 1 week. Also it's really fast paced so try to keep up as you're productivity is reviewed. One think I did not like was I wasn't properly trained on this big thing so I thought I was doing it correctly for about 3 days then I found out I was doing it incorrectly

Everyone is very good, helpful if you always do their work and everyone only listen to old people workers not to new one. They think only old workers know how to work or not. Everyone respect each other. Management is good but always old workers talk about each other and new workers they never appreciate the work of new workers. They yelled on you.

Workplace is good but the management is not good they laid off people with no reason. And it doesn’t matter if you are at some position or not. They have their own kids who work every years instead of people who work all long year
