since 2019, salary has been getting better. management is fine, but a lot of inspector's attitude and culture were the worst ever. They sit down infront of computer and just talk and se@ual joke. never do physical work. too rude to non aca people and easily blame on non ACA workers. Good people keep resigning and moving to the other company. 
only some people did hard work and got too much stress due to lack of knowledge and aggressive inspectors. some of senior aca never did some function test or operational test and don't know how to do it. Don't deserve inspector role. compare to same company in TR, their aca way better than here. 

This company is so much better since being bought by AAR, the former Quebec management has been pushed out, the days of being lied too by a used car salesman and manipulated by a puppet accountant are over and has resulted in a much happier place by having real qualified managers in place. Aircraft type courses are underway, hiring is underway, building changes are underway, the entire atmosphere has changed for the better!! you can actually see the changes.

AAR is just a wonderful place to work!  The environment, the people and the Management are fantastic and really care about the employees.  They trust you to do your job, but if you do need support, they are there for you.    The company often has employee appreciation lunches, including fun activities and promotes teamwork.  The guys and gals doing maintenance on the aircraft definitely have to work as a team to get the planes delivered on time.  I would recommend that if anyone has the chance to work at AAR should definitely jump at the opportunity!

The company was bought out last September by an American Company that is the largest Aircraft Maintenance provider in the USA.  Since the new management has taken over many changes have taken place and the workforce has stabilized.  The culture in the company now is very good and continues to improve.  If you go by previous negative reviews of this company you will miss out on an opportunity to join a growing and diverse team of professionals.

I did not know very much about the aviation industry when i started but this place has given me the opportunity to learn and grow everyday.  There is so much to learn in aviation and everyday you learn something new.  I've been with AAR for over 3 years now and love everyday.  The new management is the best.  There is a great work/life balance.

Since being bought by AAR in the USA it has been a incredible change to culture of the company and the way things are ran in the day to day work life here. The people I have worked with here are amazing and I enjoy going to work everyday.
The pay wages are great with good benefits.
Good shift schedule and shift premiums.
This place is great to work for!!

Company management is extremely poor. HR has zero discretion and makes decisions on a personal level. Labour laws are not practiced. 

Turn over is high as a result of a unhealthy work environment.

Do not work here....i had trained for 1 hour and not by the management by the temp...hunan resources has zero discretion and administration acts like  highschoolers
 Nothing that they promise is delivered

The pay is bad and so are the benefits..zero job security.

Don't let them fool you, they lure you in promising the world and they don't deliver. 
Six month probation, and benefits suck, you have to pay for them.

In a word management are LIARS
Most enjoyable part of the job were the production staff
