I arrived at work early in order to be sure I had time to preview work area for discussing / priortizing various duties, besides assembly line work. Such as janitorial, seasonal yard work, repairing pallets,and loading /unloading trailers. I was scheduled to work full time: 40 hours a week, monday thru friday with possible overtime saturdays.   I was willing to do almost anything in order to learn a new career field.The most difficult aspect of the work was the underlying personality conflicts caused by the racial/ gender differences and the competitive nature of men and women.I was injured at work quite frequently, requiring sask abilities personnel to mediate with my employers/ supervisors.

Everyone knew what their responsibilities were  and were willing to cooperate with each other, in order to get the maximum results. My job required being able to adapt to working solo and teamwork.

All Good from management to co-worker all is approachable and easy to work with...teamwork is raining inside the company everyone want to everyone..covid protocol is in the company..mask always need yo wear..

I was respected by employers and coworkers until injured in traffic accident.I respected employers and coworkers as partners in mutually beneficial business practices.
