What is the best part of working at the company?
The drives were mostly over 1,000 miles 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Communication was appalling.  I was never given a name of a person who could be contacted for specific problems.  Virtually all communication was e-mail and text and, more often than not, never received replies.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Typical trucking company.  Monthly Goals set were impossible to reach.  I spent many consecutive days at truck stops, unpaid, waiting for assignments or delivery times.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
2/3 of the time driving.  1/3 doing nothing.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good if you leave in surrey,bc. But if you are out of BC. Not good, they will just used you and after that, they dont care about you. They will not spend money back to your home when you leave. And some of the dispatch are rude.

When your done, they don't care about you

I have been driving with Acme Transport Ltd since 2 years, and overall, it's been a excellent experience ever.

The equipment is one of the best part. I rarely run into issues on the road, and if something comes up, the shop gets on it quickly. They take safety seriously, which makes my job easier.

Pay is always on time. There are chances to earn more if you’re willing to run extra miles. I usually run average around 2,500–3,000 a week, sometimes more.



They don't care about drivers problems. Only care about company,  and you are feeling that you are always worthless for them. 
Payment is too low, and they keep reducing any time they want.  Therefore, not worth it to waste time. 
They don't care about what you are going through during long hours driving. 
No proper and major dental coverage. 

Overall is a good company,  but needs improvement. sometimes,  they forgot to give you the layover, sometimes, they charged you fee twice, sometimes they dispatched you to somewhere nobody want to with no extra compensation,  in addition,  they won't make any changes even you put up these questions. good aspects,  they paid you on time, with reasonable miles, have ample loads, you have opportunities talking with manager,

Overall a good company to work for in my opinion, the part that I like about it is the maintenance department is the best, flat tires, general repairs they get it done on time, I have had to sit a few hours for a flat at the most. Their dispatch is on spot however they are a little too too on point, I think the dispatch could use a bit more work they could be a bit more helping.

ACME Transport Ltd. has been a solid company to work for. The trucks are well-maintained, and the pay is fair for the work. Dispatch generally keeps things running smoothly, and they respect drivers' need for breaks, which is a big plus. The benefits could be better, but overall, it's a decent place to work if you're looking for reliability and steady hours.


From day one, Acme has provided top-notch support. The communication from management and support staff has been clear and timely, ensuring that I am always well-informed about routes, schedules, and any updates. They are always approachable and willing to address any concerns or questions, which makes the job much more manageable and less stressful.

This is a really good company to work for. 
If you want miles, you get them.
Acme finds all the loads for you.
Mostly US runs so really nice. Must have a Passport. 
Mostly no touch freight, usually a trailer is in the yard waiting to be hooked up to and then you go deliver wherever it is dispatched to.
