Stressful at times and high amount of pressure.

Call Centre translation direct to clients of Bombardier, Motor Sports
products.  customer service to Europe by Telus. Training online by Telus who had a client Bombardier Canada expanding to Europe.  They have a system of  service providers who service the maintenance of Motor sports equipment which are being sold in Europe and around the globe. 
Hardest part of this job was the hours early morning in Canada is 9 am. in Finland.

not a very organized company need to have a retention team in place, co workers were great but very stressed, high call volume in the evenings not enough staff, problem with representatives not respecting company policies in place, overall a great company to work for

Loved working at ACN as everyone was very innovative in their own way. Got to have interactions with experienced employees who gave me better knowledge and strengthened my skills at work. I can say was a wonderful experience to troubleshoot and face new issues with the customers.

Leadership styles are always changing and you have to work 24/7 to make an income but through that work comes great rewards.  I learned a lot about sales and a good honest approach to connecting and networking with professionals.

I worked as a CS agent at ACN for 1.5 year before I got promoted as a Research Analyst, which entailed working on escalations and billing issues. It was a challenging yet stimulating experience.

Long hrs, no overtime. Unorganized!!! Too many bosses, everyone going a different direction. Fun Fridays consists of drinks after work, paid for on site.

We seek outgoing people that wants to succeed and we all work together to make a great experience by learning from all the mentors and different situations on day to day bases.

ACN is an amazing life saving company,  it's amazing because no other company has the features that ACN has. You sign on and work on your own terms. It is the definition of a team effort.

working for your own... on your own time , the sky is the limit. The best thing about this is you can go from 500$ a month to 10,000$ a month with in a few months! The work you put in to it is the pay you get out of it.
