BAD CREDIT. Overworked and unpaid. They short pays too much for todays cost of living. No direct deposit and Your usually far away on pay day. Try to keep your sprinter heavy in the winter so it doesn't tip over or blow away with that big roof. Terrible communication and scheduling means your already late when you get a call to drive even if you never leave van. Motels they ill try to get you to sleep at once a month are dirty and uncomfortable in shady part of city and they are too slow booking. If you book motel quickly close to you you might get paid but probably not. Fleet card works at pilot, TA, flying j, others maybe. Do not fill up much yourself or no pay. If you have not drove REAR WHEEL DRIVE  in winter I do not recommend. Food and cell phone in America with exchange rate usd to cad is very expensive. Drivers who work at ADCO very long time are very lazy and scared to cross border expect new guys to  drive while they cry and get paid. too much switching. No pay for layovers even tho contract says yes. Many lies from company better off working at restaurant or factory if money is goal. You really work for companies who need there stuff quickly to build or repair things. Straping skids from bottom is best when possible. Pro is high hp van driving and you get to see and enjoy many places quickly. With sprinter park anywhere cars park unless low roof. NOT A GOOD LONG TERM CAREEER MAYBE 2 years you will get tired and company will owe u money and never pay.

Adco sucks big time! Their dispatcher don't know anything about dispatching,  they do not follow any rules, laws or common sense at all!  No hours of service rules for local drivers, no shunter, forklift operator,
they do not manage their yard.  4-5 other  trailer blocking a trailer what I supposed to pin to every "every day". have to beg for the pay cheque which never comes on time. On my first payday I was told, there was no time to deal with your pay cheque😕. After three months I had enaugh with Adco. If you are an experienced driver, stay away from this company.

Management was my way or the byway attitude. A revolving door with driver dispatch. Hard to create a report with new people. 98%new dispatch personnel had no idea what to do. Causing delays at the border, due to incompetence with filing paperwork. Wait times were not paid. Correct mileage was not paid.

Always issued a cheque and never had a bounced cheque
Professional work environment- Business Casual is Mandatory
Recognition for strong work performance 
Plenty of independence but still some micro management

Absolutely appalling experience at this Company. The toxic work culture is designed to exploit and burn out employees. Zero support, constant stress, and blatant disregard for work-life balance. Management is clueless and only cares about profits. WORST company I've ever had the misfortune of working for. RUN AWAY FROM THIS TOXIC WASTE DUMP!

Learned how to expedite loads in a timely manner.
load pick ups and deliveries were well scheduled by management.
co workers were frindly and accomodating.
sometimes long working hours were required.
good long runs to indiana and kentucky.

i would not recommend this place to work for unless your from either India or Sri Lanka.
management is alright except for the ops manager can rudely insult you.
co-workers are alright.
hardest part is working 60 to 70 hours a week.
most enjoyable, can't think of any.

was a driver with the company. company is a joke, they have no  respect for employees, they sack and re-hire employees for fun. dispatchers work for few weeks before they get tired of the terrible management or get sacked
