Good environment as new graduated, you will learn a lot.

Unpaid extra working, when the deadline of bid submission approach.

Friendly co-worker. very patient and polite to new hired people. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meetings with co-worker, plan for the day, set priority for the day.

As the jobs you have are categorized as "classes", earning those classes are not always fair. You can be a terrible worker but spend years here to get to your class "A" or be the bosses "yes man". Iv worked with people whos egos are so blown up because of their "A class" but dont have the skills remotely close to the title. You can also be the most perfect worker and still get denied your class for whatever reason they choose to give.

A good company that offers benefits, the work environment is also good. Lack of communication is what causes a lot of difficulties within departments and that's one thing that should be addressed.

They care about the employees and take care of them. I would recommend working there.

It's a very positive work environment. People are more than willing to answer any of your questions and you get to choose your own hours. I had done an internship there over the summer and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be an engineer.

Tight deadlines however employees are provided with appropriate resources to get the work done. Longer days but you will get half a day on Fridays. Job stability is questionable but lots of learning experience and interesting projects.

This was a start-up division of ADF, all the facility is state of the art. The manager required me to work 2 shifts this is not legal. But as I was under contract I thought it better to leave the job.

If you are new in the industry or fresh from school, this is probably the best place to start. You'll learn a lot if you are willing and open. However, expect high hours and average pay since you're new.

It's worth it.

STAY AWAY, they will fire you close to your probation, do not go there, owner will treat you as a number, foreman is always on your back,  a lower paid job is better than this awful place  , I repeat STAY AWAY!!!!!!    Trust me!!!
