This company needs labours. Labours who are willing to clean up constant messes from poor production maintainence. It often requires sweeping floors, shoveling dead animals that were poisoned intentionally, and sweeping up dried up grains. 

They offer good pay to start, but you're required to work overtime on a 40 hour basis during a 12 hour period.

You're not allowed to use your cellphone, smoke, vape, eat food, chew gum anytime on company property at all hours. Which gives them a disadvantage to begin with. Hot and cold seasons are stressful, and breathing in the air is not healthy in the long term. ADM does not offer a full company pension anymore. 

Too bad.☹

If you’re not friends with the management you have no hope for advancement.  I can’t speak for all locations, but the one in Lloydminster absolutely sucks, the only reason to be there is for the money which in and oil industry city sucks.  If you want to work in a place that allows bullying and get paid over $25 an hour and that’s the place for you

ADM talks the talk but does not walk the walk. Senior management gives no support. Directives are explicit. Assistance is missing. The tools to perform the job function are not available or held back.

Management is supposed to take on the role of HR, but has zero training to deal with problem employees that cause substantial conflicts with coworkers.

Main manager gives run around if full time employment is available
Cleaning is daily as the facility is not maintained to be 100% and they patch a bandaid over the hole and say good enough

I worked 8 hours for 5 days. I have learned how to operate boiler, pumps, compressors, heat exchanger and deaerator safely and efficiently. My fellow colleagues are very helpful and chief engineer is very good who gave me opportunity to work with ADM.

Great place to work.  Lots of training and good safty practices. No bus service business is located outside of town.  Sometimes your really busy othertimes your not.

Gossips, retaliation, favoritism, and worst work environment. Poor management. Don't make the mistake to report management wrongdoings. No possibility for advancement. Stay Away from this company unless you hate your life. 

12hr. Shifts, lots of OT stressful at times, depending on where you are needed can be very dusty smelly, and dirty. Some areas in the summer can be extremely hot and in the winter you may work outside in very cold conditions...

Once management changed over the environment changed .... 

The culture and people were great to work with - management changes changed the atmosphere
