What is the best part of working at the company?
Sales was an extreme endurance sport. Senior leadership carefully safeguarded existing customer accounts, leaving new salespeople the thrilling opportunity to discover entirely new airlines that may or may not have existed yet. Pricing was set at “luxury penthouse” levels, but expectations were firmly planted in “make it happen anyway” territory.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working at the company.  Decision-making could be… adventurous. There were moments when you’d wonder if we were innovating processes or speed-running them. Quality debates occasionally felt like philosophical discussions: “Is this approved, or is it approved-ish?”

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Cultural dynamics had their own… distinct flavor. Diversity felt more like an optional add-on than a standard feature. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sales was an extreme sport. Senior management handled most established accounts, so new salespeople were encouraged to be… creative. If you didn’t know an airline, you might feel tempted to invent one. Targets were sky-high, and somehow you were expected to perform miracles with pricing that required divine intervention.

Work at Aeropol is fast paced, challenging, and rewarding.  Component maintenance is not like working on an assembly line.  While detailed manufacturer manuals and procedures are followed, strong analytical skills are also necessary to troubleshoot individual issues.  There are many knowledgeable supervisors, team leads, and experienced employees that are happy to help hard working individuals.  There is a company sponsored aviation club that enables employees to learn to fly.  Pre-covid restrictions employee events such as picnics and holiday dinners were a common occurrence.

The work days there can go by fairly fast sometimes. I did learn a fair bit from my Sr. Tech and Supervisor, Management was also a great help, however; when the owner would intervene problems would occur. The hardest part of the job would be getting along with an owner who doesn't base whether he likes you or not on your work habits. The patience of the Supervisor and the help you received from all the co-workers made the job worth coming into every morning.

Very bad management and no job security.

They never care about the employee. they pay well just to until they are busy. Once they are getting slow. They are looked after you for your mistake. And hey will fire you without any reason. Even though they will give you raise after probation period and also appreciate your performance, they will fire you. there is no job security. They show $30 per hr but they never pay that much.

A word of advice..do not be tempted.. they will let you go for no reason after shortly hiring you. 

this company is so unprofessional. you have no rights, no contract and nothing is clear to you as a new employee. 

no training what so ever. 

no leadership and poor management..

DON'T work there

 a lots of screaming, swearing, cursing, No respect from managers and office manager. Promised to get review and raise after 3 months - no review and no raise. asking for this and get silly disrespectful answers 

Wage and benefits offered are good and nice coworkers make the work day enjoyable. Knowledgeable supervisors assist you good place to learn more hands on in the industry, Work is steady. Picnics and holiday lunches.

From 8 am until 4:30 pm ,i learned CMM maintenance good management great team . hardest part to  troubleshoot and repair unfamiliar units. enjoyable part to send to customer unit according CMM and customer requirements
