They have quarter rotations. Every quarter you are at a different station, so it gives you some variety. Also helps with the ergonomics and injuries. I learned components that are put on to automotive glass, all windows. Front, side and rear. Management staff are very approachable and are there to help you. The people I worked with are alot of fun, kind and helpful. The hardest part of the job for me was doing rotating shifts. I enjoyed the whole experience at AGC Automotive. The ability to learn everyday and become part of a great company.

I really enjoyed the chance to work at AGC.  The hardest part about the job is the rotating day and afternoon shift schedule.  I would much prefer to work straight days Monday to Friday or straight afternoons Monday to Thursday.

The work is repetitive, but there is variety in the repetition.  It can also be intensely physical at times.  Recommend people to be in good shape for this job or it may prove to be too demanding.

Wages could be better compared against the cost of living. Rotating shifts every two weeks. Uniforms and PPE is provided

Good place to work for an income. Started with a temp agency and must work there for about a full year to get hired on with benefits. Decent people, repetitive tasks, good work for money.

Was a great company to work for however the mandatory overtime was a bit of a killer. however weekly pay cheques of $800+ made it worth it. Management was great and easy to deal with.

Great place to work and the team is great to work with Management will do whatever it takes to make you happy very great family oriented atmosphere with 150 family members

Its a fast paced good place to work everyone was nice and I enjoyed working there. The shifts change every two weeks and it took some time to get used to.

Not worth it to be there horrible work experience and environment would not recommend anyone work there. Better off working at McDonald's you would get more respect 

Did my job, no problems. Three weeks vacation, bonus pay. Offered company events (like BBQs) and  Showed up everyday, completed overtime, got paid on Fridays.
