No structure in the company. They operate extremely well for their business. If you are a project manager or trades person, it will be great. If you're in IT Support or customer service. You are nothing more than a live body. They let you go and hire people like it's culture. I got let go because I never asked enough questions??? I was employed for 5 weeks, then the stay at home order was made. The least they could have done was just say it was the stay at home order. I would understand, but no, not enough questions. My direct manager told me no to listen or action anything the CEO ask of you. Yet he is involved in your day to day making requests for change then asking to make changes. This place is run like the CEO hired his friends and family.

Cons
-Have the odd appointment which is a no show 
-If you are not selling you are not getting 3 appointments a day
-if you are not selling you are not making money 

The positive thing about working in AGM renovations is that I get the chance to learn new things every day and direct managers are always there to help and support. The environment is very friendly and everyone is like family.
My role is a hybrid job which I get to organize and schedule my daily tasks and goals personally.
There is plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and also to earn more income as you move forward. I get the chance to design and be able to be part of the construction process and see the final results of my design coming to life.

I worked here for 3 months and this company is the worst of them all. They dont pay you for 3 weeks of training. They get all their leads from trade shows and the best part is these trade shows have nothing to do with renovations most of the time. There is literally no qualifying of leads whatsoever and you will be expected to run a 2 hour zoom call with a tire kicker who came from the fishing and boating show and wants to do a renovation in 3 years from now. Easy sale right?

Run far and run fast...you will thank this review later if you do!

The CEO is professional, and and has an open door policy and will be there to take any of your calls at any time to provide advice, and or guidance. I highly recommend anyone to join this amazing company. 

This is an amazing company to work for. I have been with AGM for a couple years now and have nothing negative to say. This company is extremely well organized. It is truly a pleasure to work with such results-driven colleagues. 
Working from home has enabled me to have a better work/life balance as I do not have to account for travel time. 
I am definitely a proud employee of AGM.

Toxic nobody speaks English it makes for a dangerous job site

Working way too hard for terrible pay

The work is easy, management is horrendous and have no idea what they are doing. Be prepared for consistent changes with no explanations or teaching. Customers are always upset because management is clueless and drop the ball regularly 

I have been working at AGM for over 4 years and I am very satisfied! Result driven company and they sincerely care about both their clients and employees. Solutions driven company. I am creative and come up with solutions to everyday challenges. I am happy that I get fairly compensated for my sincere input
