I really enjoyed my work and people I worked with I had really good shift bosses  but I found if u didn’t know anyone that worked their you wouldn’t get a job cause I found that some of them hired people that was their friends and didn’t wanna work they just wanted a pay cheque so than people like us had to pickup their slack but other than that I really enjoyed my job I learned a lot

13 hour day pay only for 10 hours
But good overtime 
Poor air quality underground 
Living arrangements fair but food is poor buts lots of it most times 
Management changes often 
Employees at the hotel are very good 
Low hourly pay 
Very poor benefits

I would definitely work for them again. If you work hard and do your job you are treated well. Pay is good and no problems with management. Only downside is, its contract. Never know how long your position will last. Overall I was happy working for this company and would definitely work for them again


Good people there to work with and work for not a bad place to start out and get some experience crews seem to be very tightly nit there and your always made feel like part of the crew and guys don’t mind teaching the younger guys things accommodations aren’t to bad I’ve seen much worse and the food is mostly decent at least you aren’t cooking and cleaning for yourself

if your not one of the drug buddies your an outcast.
if you do the job right and take your time to make sure its done right, you get in trouble. your not allowed to to take coffee brakes, all safety protocols are bypassed. if you get hurt at work they tell you to tell to tell the hospital to say it happened at home

Good day work, acomplish the talk, safe and on time.
Good work enviroment, friendly atmósfare .
Some times you have to improvise and use your imaginación .
Be creative, comunícate your concern.

if you want to work hard and in a fast pasted environment this is your cup of tea .. I loved it however I was not moving my family all the way up north where there was nothing for them when they ask me to go with them .. it was the only contract they had at the time so I left ..

I like  working for McIntyre  very good people to work for good assistance from management  team good health and life insurance easy to have parts delivery wen needed rush 

Good company overall ! Run jumbo, mechanized climber (alimak), scissor deck bolting with stopper and jacleg,  Drill and blast round everyday, set up for drill wash face paint and cycle the  bouleg !

3 weeks on 3 off, get up in the morning, take the shuttle to work, safety meeting, go work, finish day, take shuttle again, back to motel, rinse and repeat
