- the work itself was really fun, fast paced and shifts go by quickly
- half the employees/management are amazing and a great team the other half are completely inappropriate
- people always quitting made smooth service impossible (always had new kitchen staff never made the food right or new servers who wouldn't know what to do - which is fine they need to learn but because it was so hectic and things went wrong all the time everyone quit)
- tips are good but only if you get good sections which you only get if you've worked there for a long time
- discounts !

I needed to support my family and pay my bills. However I spent most of my time at work instead of with my family. The job that was asked of me upon being hired is not the same as the entitlement as it is now. There are some nice people who I work with, however I would like to try something in a comfortable and friendly work environment.

Hostess. Managers were down to earth and cool. New management came in and did lay offs, starting to convert to new restaurant  and I was hired elsewhere. Easiest part was being a hostess and the duties that came with that the hard part was the awkward rest hours.

I was part of a dynamic team that worked well together and made the restaurant a fun place to be for staff and guests. I served the dining room, cocktail area and bar with strong skills in all areas of service. I enjoyed the experience and now look forward to others.

I get the opportunity to try culinary industries. I got to work with various people in different positions. I am an assistant cook for at least 8 months.

Work is fair in my opinion but some the overall restaurant needs more improvement. Many of the colleagues are nice and the working environment are a bit lower than standard. Overall it's a so so working here.

Always something new to learn and more jobs to offer. Always working around friendly people.Can be really slow or really fast depending on the day. Many breaks.

I was employed there over 18 years ago.  It was a wonderful learning experience for me as I was able to learn The Industry from a Management perspective.

The management turn over is quick, which does not allow for any real change to happen. The staff there are friendly and welcoming. The location is good.

Amazing setting of restaurant, loving people, caring staff and fantastic host/hostess. awesome food with amazing and funny customers. awesome overall
