Work place was filled with fun with too much action all the time. refueling airplanes to the full or even half tank sometimes from widebody to small aircrafts. worked alone most of the time and required to lift heavy hoses and hooking them in to the plane. management was helpful most times except on busy days it was short of management staff to assist the refuelers. Hardest day at work was really cold weather conditions outdoor.

I enjoyed my time at allied, it is one of the better places to work in gander if you can handle the physical labor. Working on the ramp is a very interesting and welcoming environment.

It is amazing place to work and gain experience before you work as an AME. I had to deal with ground handling and I had the opportunities o get close to the aircraft and try to look around them and see if I can find any problem,

Started as a regular Ramp Attendant, the company gave me lots of opportunity for growth. Small management team means everyone gets to know each other, everyone is reachable at the press of a button. 

Great Ramp crue, interesting situations, lots of experience to gain, nothing to loose, 100% suggest trying for a job, however it may not be for everyone !

I was operations manager for allied aviation in smithers was on call 24/7 worked 35 to 40 days straight for 2200 dollars a month. Definitely not worth it.

Under paid, over worked, unappreciated.

Environment desirable.

Ramp staff are great but not treated fairly.

Upper management very short sighted.

No long term plan

It's a good place to work and a reliable employees. I learned new experiences with allied and it gives me opportunity to walk around aircrafts and meet new people

I worked at Allied for a couple of months, during that time I don't believe I was accurately compensated for the work I provided or was treated fairly.

I loved my time at allied aviation, I got to experience many different aircraft. I got to learn a lot and it provided with experience to further my career.
