What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The culture at the company is terrible. Tell you one thing do another and expect you to be okay with it.  They have a few favourite guys there and they cater to them. Honestly it’s a job but there are better company’s you don’t have to look hard.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Bunch of partiers and young guys who barely show up on Mondays. Call in sick all the time, allow them to be late, but god forbid one of the hard working guys takes the day.  Honestly individually the people there are good other than a couple, but honestly better opportunities at other companies. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful, overwhelming, and have to pick up the slack of all the other guys there. They have very few skilled guys so if you show eagerness and work ethic they will take advantage of you.

I find that a typical day is normally very enjoyable. Especially when there seems to be ample work for everyone to do something. I like seeing production I think that is why I like framing more than anything. I learned a lot about excavations and working rooms and more on how to read plans and set grades. Also being introduced to some pipe work on a larger and more complicated scale, which is very beneficial to understand what other trades need in order to get their jobs done.  All my coworkers are great people and are able and willing to work hard to get a job done and done well. I will miss working with them. 
As for the hardest part of my job I think it would have to be standing and watching the machines work. I like to be moving and seeing my progress,

Working at Allterra is as good a place to work as any, they respect who you are and its a great place to work .Benefits are decent  they hand out cloth's all the time, summertime BBQ's, day's golfing, different things all the time. Hours are great anytime you want can do overtime ,they let you do your job without somebody hanging over you ,there always somthing to learn in this industry been doing this type of work for a long time finally finding Allterra changed everything for me .   

Knowledgeable staff, Have fun every day I go into work, supervisors are more than happy to teach you anything you don't know without making you feel stupid for not knowing, fun work, great crew atmosphere people get along and make the day more enjoyable, work is done correct and not cutting corners.
Overall, can see myself working here comfortably for long time

If you want to be part of an exciting work-place that is almost certainly going bankrupt, than AllTerra is the place for you. You'll enjoy your time with your co-workers right up until you're laid off half way through the day.

I enjoy working for these guys, but don't expect to ever know what's happening.

I'm sure there are lots of companies in Victoria to work for.  This has been the best construction company I've ever been a part of.  The supervisors, managers and crew are all smart, humble and ready to pass on their skills. Feeling good about landing here

Great co-workers and nice work environment. Work can get tough in busier times but overall was a good experience. No problems with management, and were quite easy for me to communicate with. Would have stayed longer if i hadn't returned to school.

terrible management shady company that will cut corners whenever it is possible to pass a buck treat you as a number and do not care about anything but making money for themselves

I only worked part time for a short period of time providing assistance when needed.  Overall my direct supervisor was easy to get along with and the office staff was amazing.

Top notch spot to work. Great guys to work with and mentors to learn from. Real close knit family type management style. Show up everyday, work hard and you will be recognized.
