One of the more challenging workplaces I have experienced, with ongoing concerns around management practices, communication, and HR support. Work hours are not always stable, and scheduling during slower periods can feel inconsistent and difficult to rely on. Employee concerns are not always addressed in a clear or timely manner, which can affect trust in the process.
There have also been situations where communication from supervisors lacked professionalism and expectations can feel demanding and unsafe at times. Overall, while the company has structured systems in place, the employee experience could benefit from significant improvement in fairness, communication, and support from both management and HR.

Hours are not stable and shifts are often cut even when there is work, which makes it difficult to rely on this job. Most positions, such as lab assistant and lab analyst roles, are hired as casual, meaning there are no benefits and many employees remain in this status for years with limited growth opportunities.

Management is disorganized and communication is weak. Decisions often seem driven by cost reduction rather than employee support. Effort is not always recognized, and internal favoritism can influence opportunities.

There are also more layoffs or reduced hours around November and December, which adds to overall instability.

At first the company seems they care about their employees and friendly. A half year later, the truth is very unprofessional environment  and a lot of favorism. 
Also, repetitive layoffs. Too much gosship
Most of the tasks are repetitive so feels like working at the factory with Bachelor degree in Science with million dallors of international tuition fee. 
I was hired as lab analyst then they actually assigned me assistant job. Also, they changed my department every 2 months it was hard for me to adjust new environment, new team members, new tasks too often.   

Great place to work with coworkers and management team. everyone is supporting and fun. great place to learn everyday. would recommend if you want to enter the industry.
