Working here has been a mixed experience, but one of the biggest drawbacks is the lack of career progression. There are very few opportunities to grow within the company, and promotions seem rare or reserved for a select few. Management does not provide a clear development path, and training opportunities are limited. Many employees feel stuck in the same position for years without recognition or advancement, which can be demotivating. While the work environment itself might be okay and coworkers are generally friendly, the absence of professional growth makes it hard to stay motivated long-term. It feels like the company does not invest in its employees’ futures, which leads to high turnover and low morale. If you are looking for a place to build a career and advance your skills, this may not be the right company for you.


This was a very busy job juggling multiple roles throughout the day. There was a heavy emphasis on prioritizing work in order to keep up and having to effectively manage time. 

I learnt a lot about time management, how to deal with difficult customers, how to negotiate pricing, and how to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities

Management was just great. Clear expectations were set and they always maintained open and transparent communication. Hard work and over achieving was recognized, celebrated, and encouraged.

Great place to work with. learn a lot about banking work and professionalism. managers management are helpful. work culture and peers are friendly and helpful.

My typical day at work was to come in early to say hello to my co-workers, check with my manager to see what is on the gender for the day. I have learned so much when it comes to time management of my job. I love that Anz had a great package of work life solution.

Red tape as expected from big company, lots of redundancies every year. Good tools for professional development.Excellent work life balance, learnt a lot from immediate manager. He was easy going and approachable.

Manual back office processes with quarterly changes in priority resulting to repeat rework and work arounds. Lack of stability for local talent, strong expat presence in areas they operate
