The workplace is dangerous - if you get hurt to the point of needing to go to the hospital they will make you have to fill your own forms out, lose them and expect you to stay at the job till your shift is pretty much over then allow you to go, they state if you are supposed to be on floor 5 minutes before shift and complain constantly about it, employees are pretty cliquish, shift supervisors play the favoritism game. Just avoid at all costs. The previous shift is lazy and will not clean up after themselves, but complain if things are not clean to their standards, won't finish doing their job, yet they will log it so they get credited for it. Some will go in and change theirs or other numbers in the system, supervisors demand you stay or coming in for OT, and if you say no they go out of their way to be jerks and push you till you say yes. This place is just a high school drama fest, not even worth the money.

I witnessed many safety violations and reported them to bosses. I also saw same boses violaing alberta health an safety by asking you to do unsafe tasks. Ie, not follow confined space rules, fall protection violations etc. I find it a good place to work temporarily while you find a better opportunity or to learn a few things. Just watch yourself and others around you. 

The workers' they are very good people and HR workers only 
And I learned so many things 
Even my mistakes 
The first thing I like this company is a safety 🦺 
The management is ok 
The hardest place is press 2
Most enjoyable part is packaging 

Dust, very hot, chemical poison on the anozdizing and painting area
Union contract (plus and cons)
Unsafe job culture
Unfriendly management
Long shift by new contract (2018-2019)



it was better before when i start 2010 until 2016 but went the change the management everything was not right thats why i have to leave that company. i can do the job but can't handle the management how they treat employee.

I learned how to load, how to verified products and how to pack them. Good friendship as a job culture. Good team worker. The hardest part was the temperature only because it's too hot inside the building.

good place overall, people are friendly and helpful, like to have more of a social environment, do things collectively outside of work

Always enjoyed going to work. Associates all were very pleasant. Atmosphere was excellent, workers were very helpful. Performed numerous duties throughout the plant.

They hire you and lay you off abruptly. you can only survive if you are Ethiopian  or sri Lankan  there. management as useless as ever. management has her sacred cows .

Management is very biased and nepotism.I would say that u need to be careful when you work there.If you looking for quick money and overtime work there and experience it
