I worked for ASLS for almost 2 years.  The management is beyond unprofessional; a lot of conflicts of interest within the company and very poorly managed.  A lot of favoritism as well.  Very very high turnover.  In fact, they've hurt their own reputation so much that they decided to re brand the company and call it CARE.  You will notice that they are constantly looking for new employees in almost every field, as they are always firing people or overworking people.  I do not recommend ASLS (aka CARE) if you have any kind of backbone, as they only want submissive employees.

Couldn’t agree more with the others reviews. It is a toxic environment, they do not appreciate their employees they over work them a lot are bullied, everyone walks on egg shells worried they will be called into the office and belittled. Your reprimanded if you voice any concerns or ask the wrong questions. Nepotism in the office and other conflicts of concern. Such high turn over due to how your treated as an employee.

Care is a terrible place to work!     Zero job security, horrible wages, always under staffed,   clients don't get the time, care or community involvement they deserve.      Vehicles that clients travel in are in terrible shape while management drives new company ford f-150's.    Pay issues most pay periods.     On the job training is useless if even given.    Nobody in management has the credentials to be in their positions.

There is a constant rotation of workers, the good ones leave or are fired. No support from management, when I had issues they would never pick up the phone. Getting time off for a trip was a nightmare, you would only know maybe a week in advance if you were able to cover your shift yourself, and everything tends to fall back on the community support workers.

Typical day was getting up, bathing, dressing, cooking, chores, shopping, entertainment, teaching self responsibility.  Management was good in the beginning, and staff were treated horribly when new CEO was appointed.  The clients were the most enjoyable part of my day, every day.

I would say the management is brainless and no respect for the front line staff. Moreover lots of favoritism and conflict in the company. In addition there no payment difference between a newly hired staff and someone has years experience with company

Too many hands in the pot, little support, advancement was only given to those who were “yes people” anyone with constructive ideas or who questioned anything were never given opportunities 

No standard of ethical practice whatsoever. Anyone who tries opening a conversation where disagreement is involved is repeatedly targeted and harassed by management.

there is balance of work and life.staff are helpful,RC are cooperative, team lead are accomodating, you can pick up extra shift, there is video surveillance to ensure safety of staff and individuals

I was not impressed by company policy - after over 4 years with this company they decide in the middle of winter to relocate me 30 minutes out of town and work nights. Not cool
