Same management with same "old school" outlook to the workplace that really ruins the friendly atmosphere once felt at TSAS. Executives talk a lot about how much they care but do nothing to show for it as they drive away in their company mercedes. The ramp agents when I was there were the most team oriented people Ive ever had the honor to work with. It's a pity bureacracy ruined it. But all good things come to an end, and i've moved on for the better. Really good place to learn work ethic if you're ready to work hard for your money. I was there for about 4 years. Very easy to climb up the ranks. 

The manager is among the best I've ever met, dont think I've ever seen a manager care so much about employees. The work isnt overly hard, for anything hard you do during your shift, theres a bit of downtime to relax. And for people addicted to overtime, every week there are always shifts to be given away.

The staff (I'm looking at you two who do the uniforms and scheduling) is phenomenal. Also some of the best team leads I've ever met.

Working for this company doing my job as requested and then fired for no reason, then when requesting a reason they will not give one. Secondly Working for this company is like having no life, your life revolves around the airport only, you can not request days off unless months in advance, if you have things scheduled with your children they do not care because your to be able to work 24/7. 

It comes with its challenges but it was an amazing job. A friend of mine had a problem with another coworker there and the supervisors did nothing....

good job but the excessive manual work will eventually break down the body causing long term damage to the back, knees and wrist over time.the pay is minimum and the benefits are few.

Working there was a great experience. However, work-life balance not so great. Most of your time is designated at the airport. Hard to keep up social life.

its very good in the Tsas. but i want to take the job in Security sector thats why i did this course.
