A typical day at work is one where I have challenged myself and been challenged by others. A setting where I proactively sought to enhance a team first culture and be a collaborative force to align all personel around our common goals.  
I would have connected with at least one member of my team no matter how busy or how many fires I had to put out.  I would have engaged this person to inquire how I can assist them towards the completion of a task or how I can make their life easier.
I would continue to instil a culture of transparency and accountability particularly with any direct reports.  The most enjoyable part of my job would be to see the progress of one of my direct reports towards and identified goal or the enhancement of a behaviour.  The hardest part is establishing an atmosphere of safety  where the freedom to fail walks side by side with the freedom to succeed.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's very pleasant working with AbbVie. Working days are amazing and the corporate events are stunning!
The brand brings a remarkable contribution to the health sector. Anybody should be proud to add a touch to the success of AbbVie.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Same as everywhere, we are dealing with personalities. It's the hardest part of the job. Being a nice and peaceful person will help, for this one. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Intense. The corporate culture is well established. There is beautiful events helping to federate teams around ideas and projects.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Too many questions asked. Leave me alone now.

Too many upper management positions trying to justify position. Upper management somewhat erogant and likes to push down information and strategies rather than a pull up philosophy. Mid level managers hanging on trying to keep Regionals happy while trying to keep an unmotivated, beaten up sales team focused on trying to move business without being able to see physicians. Pharma field environment is very poor.

A typical day at AbbVie Corporation as a Customer Relations Representative offers a positive work environment, team spirit and overall, a positive atmosphere in the department. My time at AbbVie allowed me to better many of my skills; customer service, language, communications. As a first job in the corporate world, AbbVie offered me a global understanding of corporate life, and a taste of its merits and challenges.

I worked there 24 years and at the end I was given a luncheon by my co-workers only which had to be approved with a limit $1500. The director wished Good luck on my next challenge in life.
I worked from home the 3 years which didn't mean anything to anyone at corporate, I was just a number to make sure I got my accounts done.
After only being gone 6 months the dept close and everyone got a bonus.

My internship at AbbVie was an incredibly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture where interns are trusted with meaningful work and supported by knowledgeable, approachable mentors. I appreciated how AbbVie encouraged learning, provided clear growth opportunities, and made me feel like a valued part of the team from day one. Everyone is also super friendly!

AbbVie has taken over Allergan and perhaps this will improve the culture. Current culture is competitive and cut throat. Poor team interaction. Struggles over budget and critical planning. Putting out fires day to day. Unethical other approach to issues. Allow abusive management behaviour. 

Receptionists are typically stationed right by the front doors of a building, allowing them to communicate with people as soon as they walk in. I feel privileged to work for such a great company, They really know how to treat there employees. They never make you feel any less successful because you are a receptionist.

The co-workers seem to be welcoming at first, but after a while, they start to cheat chat behind your back. 
The company promises to you very good training, but what you will receive is training from someone is working there and gives you parts of the process leaving gaps in your development.
On top of this, the management is poor.

It was a fun job. I loved it. sitting in a office room environment and having my co-workers work beside me was nice, we would  work as a team and help each other out when needed, friendly environment. Our bosses were very friendly with us as well, and we would manage the department as a team when we were ask too or when our manager was absent for the day.
