➽ Ridiculous salary (Really not competitive).
➽ No benefits.
➽ No sick / personal days
➽ No direct deposit!!!! Your Paycheck is an actual Paycheck... come on guys, archaic much!?
➽ Work environment is filthy! (Yes, I am talking about the office space and not the warehouse) Kitchen smells putrid (not even talking about the fruit flies invasion).
➽ No proper training provided.


Conclusion: Extremely unimpressed. If you are a professional who's being doing office work all your life then.... do yourself a favor and just walk away...

This company sends people all over and the money is never enough to cover the costs let alone making a living. They take extra money off to put away for unforeseen things and you’ll never get it back. I’m seeing a lawyer about their scamming money and lying about paying it. They say they will then they hide when you go to get it

Dispatch doesn't communicate with driver properly, you have to be the one calling in to find out if there's any load to pick up most of the time. dispatch/management doesn't care about you whatsoever they only care about their load you have on board..

Overall, generally a great place to work. As long as you are willing to work with the management, they will work with you. They have treated me very well during my time here and I have learned a lot for management and other employees

Aberstar Fast Freight is a good company to work for.
It is a fast paced LTL and expedited shipping environment.
Employees are expected to perform well under short deadlines and with minimum supervision.

No a great place to work they say your getting 850 but it never happens, and when you ask why you never get a straight answer. I always did my job well and didn't appreciate getting the run around.

The best part about being a LTL dispatcher is its like a game. You set the board then a part falls off so you have to reset. Is constantly changina and is fast passed. I work best in fast paced.

treat you like a slave worst place I have ever worked never never work there make promises and break them just as fast not trust worthy better to work at timmies than there

The hardest part of the job is waiting for another delivery...too much downtime!

Overall great company to work for. Staff members work as a team. Working here, I was able to hone my computer skills.
