It's called a private school but it is treated more as a business than anything. Upper management is very disorganized, snobby and only cares about getting the most out of parents' wallets and do not care for staff's wellbeing and it shows. The owners clearly has favorites and pays staff based on how much they like them. Also, if you need time off for any reason, you will be either disregarded or shamed. 

No one is appreciated or acknowledged for any work they put into making the school what it is. Most employees are only there for the good pay.

The school's commitment to a healthy work-life balance for teachers is noteworthy. The administration recognizes the importance of well-rested and fulfilled educators, ultimately benefiting both teachers and students alike
