Productive smooth sailing, safe and goal oriented.

This is a pretty decent company, they pay well, the work is always there and for the most part the people are good. On the down side, being told one thing and end up doing or going somewhere completely different is common place, and don’t ever screw up or you’ll be the butt of everyone’s jokes for the entirety of your time there (which is sometimes fair and other times downright bullying)

My time spent at Acdia Construction was an enjoyable work experience. With a family owned and operated company, through this experience I was given an opportunity to learn from the vast experience of the senior employees from this company. (eg; work smarter not harder!)

Management listens to concerns on the jobsite.  They are open to questions and will get the answers for you.  Work crews are good with everyone pitching in.  enjoyed my time there.  Looking to go back.

the best part about the job is everyone being so kind fun making work enjoyable and time go fast. had a great boss also! if I get the chance of work again I would do it again.

I really enjoyed the people and the job. The company was excellent to work for. This company allowed me to work with various different cultures and I enjoyed learning about the countries.

Awesome place to work, great guys, great hours, only downside is that it's seasonal. Lots of overtime, some out of town work but its worth it if you don't mind being out of city for10 days.

Great place to work. Management/foremans are friendly. Lots of hours. Decent pay. As long as you don't mind working hard and gettin dirty its a great job.

i felt it was an ok place to work for, supervisors are ok to work with as well the co-workers, does consider employees thoughts, in some occasions....
