difficult environment for information/communication. controlled by a few people, everyone else is on an as needed basis only. not proactive, very reactive and always finding bandaid fixes instead of solving the root cause.

departments are segregated and don't foster a whole team environment. within each department is fine. just difficult when it comes to the whole office. lacking of communication

team building events are non existant. outside of the odd company paid pizza lunch or BBQ, not much is done to foster an inclusive team environment

management do not do annual reviews for staff. unless the staff initiate it, otherwise it's non existent and it's very difficult to get any increases even if management starts to listen.

they do however allow flexibility for family issues etc. in most cases, not all, they are pretty understanding

There were a lot of responsibilities thrown my way as soon as I stepped in the door, and while the training method was a bit unorthodox it was completely my style. Trial by fire, but with absolute support from the people helping/training you. Not once did I feel like I was alone if I didn't understand something. Once I got the hang of the systems and started to create schedules and organize shipments I was on my way. It was a very fast paced job which made for shorter days, where as some days were long but enjoyable nonetheless because of the amazing group of people working there.

•	Was solely responsible for processing all Bank traces generated nationally. Handles sensitive and confidential information such a card holder’s banking information. 
•	Demonstrated the ability to be accurate when reading electronic journals. Maintain organizational skills this will ensure that cardholder information was not left out open 
•	Ensured and checked the preparation and processing of Anti - Money Laundering documents in accordance with appropriate policies and legislation
•	Provided friendly customer service while handling customers, End users and merchant inquires 
•	Created service calls and dispatched technicians nationwide.

•	Responsible daily for monitoring the BMO portfolio of ATM’s, (x 465 across Canada), utilizing remote monitoring software, maintaining them on-line and operational
•	Dispatched technicians, (in-house and third-party), as required to repair down ATM’s requiring service

I worked closely with my bilingual Special Projects Manager, Dispatch & RMS Dept., a division of I.T.

The hardest part of the job was managing regular I.T. program issues & learning a new industry completely.

The most enjoyable part of the job was working hard & having some fun with office colleagues.

I have been working at Access Cash for about half-a-year. I have traveled across the country to our offices. A common theme is great people, who are passionate about their jobs. Everywhere, I have encountered friendly faces. From when I started through to present time, everyone has been willing to help, no matter how busy they are. 

The work itself is challenging and I feel like I am making a great impact on the organization every day. 

The management team is supportive and value my opinion and contributions. 

I am proud to work for the company. I would highly recommend for those who are excited about working for a growing organization.

I worked for them a long time; in the beginning, we were a lot of fun, and the money was not bad. Unfortunately, the greedy and pathetic management decisions coze a lot of layoffs. Actually, the people from the Edmonton branch are friendly and nice, but the head office from Toronto is rude and helpless. They are cheap and please don't waste your time on them.

Access Cash GP's typical work day consisted of consistent contract amendment, and client retention on all levels.
I learned how business works.
Management is personally and subjectively motivated. 
Workplace culture is numbers and work. 
The hardest part of the job was being overworked. 
The most enjoyable part of the day was the end of the day.

I learned a lot of experience as a inventory clerk.   Gained knowledge of inventory database as well as scheduling load pickups and much more.  Co- workers have great attitudes and encourage the best from one another.

The hours were excellent and the pay was fair.  Typically you work from your service vehicle on the road most of the day visiting different sites to fix their issues and concerns that they have with the equipment.
