-  Coordinate Operations liaison efforts with Owners, Project Design and Operations Engineering around projects.
-	Participate in early, mid and late stages of projects to ensure continuity between engineering, design, commissioning and operations start-up.
-	Ensure growth, expansion and operating capital projects meet Access and owner expectations for system safety, reliability, operability and maintainability.
-	Act as the Access liaison in partnership with owner initiated projects to provide operations expertise.
-	Develop, coordinate and manage Integration budget forecasts for growth and development projects.
-	Deliver operations, shipper services and operations engineering expectations, specifications and procedures input into projects.
-	Provide and define Access operations technical requirements as required to guide project engineering design.
-	Help promote a one “Team” approach with operation and project personnel in achieving project success

First four years were excellent - high standards , very personable and fun work environment with ability to get things done quickly and effectively. Company is rumored to be part of asset sale so this has recently created tensions in the workplace and fear of an uncertain future.

This was a great job, except for when they hired that horrid manager who couldn't manage well, but somehow she is still there.  The job was excellent with lots of growth opportunities.  Was laid off due to economy and probably because I didn't like my manager and she was aware.  The best company I have ever worked for but the worst manager I have ever worked for.

As a small company the work life balance was strong consideration and management supported the balance between work expectations and family. The executive was engaged and supported all aspects of the organization, through interaction and support for all that work at Access.

very good to work for.  lots of support and good learning areas be that they are a build and operate company.  I was able to spend about 75% of my time at home.  this was good because for the last 6 years i have been working on the road and missing out with allot of things with my kids.

As a PM you work approx. 48 hours per week.
Small company therefore you get to work with everyone.
Great place to work very nice friendly employees.
You get involved in all aspects of the project
