Honestly, this place is a joke to work for from a manufacturing standpoint.  Systems are weak, quality is horrendous (regularly and knowingly ship defective product) and when things go “south” management members get upset, yell at associates and kick and throw things.  Pay is very weak & communication/job reviews are non-existent.  There is very little respect for you, unless you’re in their “A-Crowd” of people.  Favouritism is rampant from up top through to their engineering group.  Safety is on the back burner in place of getting product out the door.  Reworking and rebuilding items is on the menu everyday.  I would never buy any from nor recommend this place to any company or person.

I really had an excellent experience working here! I didn't work here long, but the team felt extremely supportive, the atmosphere was fun and casual and it really felt like everyone there was rooting for me.

There were some training gaps, but management was receptive to my feedback. The other welders in the department really seemed to all look out for one another and everyone was exceedingly kind. Like really, I was shocked at how overtly friendly everyone was. 

Ultimately I left because they couldn't match the wage offered to me elsewhere, but I would have happily worked there for ages otherwise. I'm hopeful they bump their grid in the future to allow for more competitive compensation. 

Immature Staff. Immature Office. Immature Workshop. 

Unless you're desperate and need a  job I'd say move on. 

They'll fire people based on personal rumors. The pros are that they have 100% benefits, and it's a routine job. Cons are the staff, it's a clicky - a lot of staff are related or have a weird relationship. They do pay a living wage however, they like to do layoffs often.  Find a job that values you and time you put in, this place is not it. They are constantly going through staff.

The kindness from my co-workers stood out.  They're patience with a newcomer was appreciated.

The organization of the shipping department was stressful due to a bottle neck.

Positive people with completing the job well ,always in mind.

Go, go, go.  Always something to do.

I came in to work each day, did my job well and was treated with respect.

Never felt any stress whats so ever in my years there. Had to leave over a very incompetent short term Supervisor they had hired.

Do your job...and all is good.

Worked 1 year got a 25 cent raise tried to improve processes and practices and was met with hostility and backstabby attitudes!!! Dont recommend working there one bit find a better place.

Very toxic place to work. Management will flip on you like the flick of a switch and pit you against each other. They’ll tell you one minute you’re doing a good job then the next they aren’t happy with your work. There is also a heavy amount of favouritism and you get reprimanded for asking questions. I have seen people be fired for no reason and as soon as I find a new job I will be gone so fast.

I loved my job and most of my co-workers.  Sometimes the job was hard to keep up with (during really busy times), but there was always someone to help you get caught up.  Most people worked great as a team.

I used to work a lot, but there is no appreciation for this, although I was a welder and was assembling and all that was required of me, and with that, I did not find the appreciation
