The hr lady called and left a message to come for an interview, when I played it back she sounded like she needed to be put out of her misery.  Lol.  I thought to myself what am I getting myself into?  
If you like supervisor's stamping their feet at you over being 30 seconds late for break then fine.  Worst part is the management, the quality is garbage, management is more about punishing employees than caring about their product, working in rework dept you could ask 3 different quality managers and you'd get 3 different answers.

good place to work all kinds of challenges. Try and learn something every day if not I try and teach people something. Work with management to try and fix issues as they arise. Try and teach co-workers from my past experiences, also share information that pertains to the parts that they are making.
The hardest part of my job is dealing with mechanical issues equipment problems that effect the process (trouble shooting).
the most enjoyable part of my job is taking information that co-workers give me and making a positive change for the good of or business.

Great place to work if you like to be yelled at by your supervisor because your machine is down thanks to one of the many band aids.  Also if you're a crackhead alcoholic you will get supervisor position but dont talk back or you'll get fired and union guys on certain shifts trying to be management so they dont have your bacl at all.

Its a decent paying job in a small community. Lots of potential but not reached yet due to lack of commitment and dollars.Things will change here if you have the time to wait for company advancement. If your content on being on the floor and working hard its a good fit for you.

typical day at work consist of reviewing off shift performance and investigating repetitive problems and put corrective actions in place.Over all management were very good to work with and the plant manager was one of the most honest persons i have ever worked for.

Its a good company to work for. Maintenance needs to pick up the Pace, other than that, no issues. Equipment do fail over time and there is not a great Preventive maintenance program. If they get there PM's upgraded, this company will fly.

Good work hours, they really accepted the summer workers and made it easy to adapt. They trained us on everything and made it super easy to work in all the different environments.

Lots of hard work little pay. No time for family with shift work...needs better communication between employee's and management.  There is a gap between man and empl when it comes to communication.

Love working there.  Great place.  Good people.                Great supervisor.       Care about safety.            Care about covid.              Positive environment.     

Management is disrespectful no communication harassment, I was written up and suspended for using the bathroom when I wasn't feeling well and it's wasn't break time
