Aceso medical is a great place to work. They provide a fast pass fun work environment while still maintaining professionalism. Management treats the staff with respect and are always open about what is happening within the company. The company is always taking on new and exciting challenges that allow for new exciting work experiences all the time. Managers do their best to get everyone hours that they promise and do the best they can at keeping everyone in the loop with the limited information they receive about future work. I would highly suggest working for Aceso medical as the environment and people within the company make it a very welcoming place to work.

I do not recommend working for this company.  I saw management scream at employees multiple times and office employees crying under the pressure. Work was given aleatory and we were penalized for asking questions and proper training.  The team leaders are often the most backstabbing lazy ones. This company only cares about money. We were also told that we would be employed in multiple projects when all of a sudden, a lot of us who were experienced in the company were let go while they were still recruiting for employees online.

I enjoy working here and think the work culture is great. Very friendly management and staff. There’s lots of opportunities to grow in the company. At times there is also lots of overtime hours available that you get paid for, which is great. I haven’t encountered much issues while working here but when I did management was really great with resolving them. As expected, the job is not secure at times because of COVID but overall it is a great company to work for. 

Aceso Medical is the most unprofessional and disorganized company I've ever worked for. The owner frequently belittles and degrades his employees to the point of tears. There's no communication between management, making it very difficult to understand your role and expectations. If you work here, you're treated as disposable. The management lacks boundaries making it extremely difficult to find a healthy work/life balance. A lesson I learned is that if a job seems too good to be true, it probably is. 

I’ve been with Aceso for about half a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best companies I’ve worked for. The hours and schedule for myself do vary a bit here and there, but management always tries to work with you on it. The wages they offer are some of the best I’ve seen on the industry, and the owner spares no expense when it comes to what his employees have to work with. All on all great company.

Aceso is an ever-expanding company. They work hard in making the best employees work for their position in the company. When the company was mainly covid testing I was initially hired. It was a fast-paced work environment that was extremely competitive. It was very apparent that the harder you worked the more you would stand out for the opportunity to move up in the company. Management is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you have.  

Aceso medical is absolutely one of the best jobs I’ve ever been at. The management help you develop personally and the team dynamic is extremely strong. Aceso has many different opportunities for individuals that show ambition, such as traveling and other unique work. 

Management not related to the medical field. Extra workload on employees. Not respectful environment. Long hours to work before breaks. And no one appreciates work. Giving extra responsibilities with less hours even after the full time job contact. No job stability. 

They will never give hours as they promised. If the swabbing is done before 8 hours but they will pay you only hours you were there to swab and ask you to move another location for more hours. Until, you reach to other location you will find swabbing is already completed they might be leaving or already left.

Don’t abide by workplace laws and regulations do not recommend working here. Fear based management, use threats of firing as forms of motivation. Won’t be paid for overtime work fairly but it is expected.
