Was a great place to work until 
I was offered a position as shop manager when the position became available. but when it did they put an untrained person in that position and forced me in to quitting 
By writing me up and not writing others up for the same thing they called it accelerated disciplinary action in other word we want you out  involuntarily firing 
Until then it was a great company to work for 
The owner is great  but I don’t think he realizes what going on in the back ground  really liked  the company until then 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Most employees are disposable 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Varied work days where you work a week or two then get a week off. Makes it hard to live off.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Top heavy company, too many supervisors

Great place to work. They try to fit your home life. Great team of people. Got to learn new pieces of equipment.  Work was enjoyable and fun to do. There keep safety in mind 

Very good company, the fellow employees are great. Lots of opportunity to move up in the company if you put in the time. Sometimes have lunches paid for which is nice.

great to work in this place not great wages though. pretty steady work. learned lots and worked with good people. so it was pretty good for a job to work at.

Decent place to work, field staff are supportive and friendly but are also there to get a job done. Pay is okay and has reasonable benefits package.
