Very few companies will take a chance on an unproven technician. Acrodex is willing to train anyone and everyone as long as they pay them as little as possible. Questionable salary compensation. Below market value. Does have multiple contracts, but the pay period is bi-monthly - 30% (non-taxed) on mid-month and the rest 70% (taxed) on end of month. Technicians who does OT, will have to fight for the accumulated time to have it paid out. I had to wait for 2 months to have it paid out (12 hrs.)

Most of the technicians are well mannered some not so much. Management as a whole cares only about the numbers of tickets you close per day, very little recognition. When it comes down to your review, do NOT expect to get more than 3%, despite your excellent performance throughout the year. Very low cap space, moving up WILL take some time, this will test your patience.

Lots of corporate growth in the 10 years I worked there which resulted in career opportunity and advancement.
Was given a lot of freedom to accomplish sales objectives without too much oversight.


I find it hard to write a positive review. 

The management here is atrocious, with the exception of a few people. 
The work/life balance leans far to the work side. Constantly sending techs out on weeklong road trips with bare a days notice. 

The salary is well below industry standard, With some techs making large sums for doing nothing, and the techs that work hard making next to nothing.

Horrible management. Brutal support for sales and customers. Everyone was run so much and coverage was so thin we were set up to fail. Would not recommend



A good thing that I can say about this company is that its a nice place to start on and work on IT field -- Stepping stone to learn the basics before you get to your target career in IT. 


Downside is --- Poor management and low salary

Much of the Acrodex business is built on friendships with senior executives and client partners, not on quality of service or price. This can be good but it also means for a nepotistic approach to doing business.

Working here has enabled me to work in a variety of departments and roles.  The corporate culture is improving slowly after being purchased by a larger company a few years ago.

During my 13 years with Acrodex, I had 13 managers.   Some were great, others were not so great.  Fantastic co-workers and peers. Work life balance was poor. Too many nights/weekends responding to RFP's.

A good place to interact, work and grow. Most of my career in Acrodex I was on client site to taking care of contract for the company. It was a good environment and most of the management ware great to work with.

for the past 5 years, everything was ok for me.
In the very beginning, I was a second language employee. Acrodex even pays for me to study language and help me improve my language. I am very grateful for Acrodex offered me a job and support.
