There was lots of nepotism one person could do whatever but the next could not safety was non existent when money was talked about also people smoking pot while at work one worker would throw things take 20 smoke breaks in a day another coworker would leave notes calling coworkers inappropriate names but management would do nothing not a fun place to work also a lot of other languages talked so that English speaking employees did not know what they were saying 

Management doesn't care about you, or your safety. After MANY, MANY near miss reports (honestly one is too many) nothing was done. Things were never repaired, you were forced to work your 12 hour shift even though all the machinery was down OR they hadn't paid the bill for the material necessary to get your job done.

Fast paced union environment. Upper management was very very slow to approve required basic tooling to maintain molds and machines. Sales were constantly interfering with production schedules changing priorities. Over production was always an issue as storage space was small making it a continuous struggle to find space for unsold products.

Great company to work for and would still be there if they had not sold the Saskatoon Plant. Very supportive and not micromanaged. The sales team was not focused on the Saskatoon plant and eventually ran out of work.

Absolute safety hazard every single day.  Never any actual training on machinery or fall restraint. The manager knew of the issues but nothing ever seemed to be done about it, same attitude was at head office.

They are no longer operating as Acrylon plastics. The company was sold. Boss was great and co-workers were as well. I would recommend working there had they remained open.

Everybody always try to help me with all things what I need to do in perfect way. Nice shift for very hardworking people. Friendly guys to work with. I found some good people there.

I enjoyed my time, was proud of my results daily, and had a good relationship with my coworkers. I felt like a valued employee. I worked there for 29 years, but am excited for my next career opportunity.

this was a great job workng on a crew with all friends 3 12 hour shifts a week decent money and the work was pretty simple as long as everyone did thier jobs.i would work there agian if i lived there

Great place to work and great staff. Loved the world of rotomolding plastic. Plant was sold and new owner did not retain management. I would and hope to work again them.
