Pros
The people and boss are kind and understandable. The job is great if you like customer service. Variates between a rush period and dead period. The call center team is nice.
Cons
They have difficulty to keep their promises.
They own me my commissions' money because the receipt weren't closed and you wont receive anything till then, which they didn't mentioned and it wasn't written anywhere in my contract.
You don't know when your commissions' money is gonna be given and you don't know what commissions you have received and which you haven't. 
Por communication between everyone. 
It's hard for them to find solutions to problems
The company in general is really unorganized which leads to a lot of misunderstanding.
They don't do much to keep their good employees which is a shame.

At first, I really liked my job but over time I realized how much problems there was under the surface and how they aren't fully honest nor transparent. 



Very good job to have if you are going to school. During the week its very quiet; which allows you to catch up on some assignments or homework. Great ambiance and people, everyone is super polite and the managers are very lenient with school schedules/days off. Weekends are a bit more booming and although some clients can be a headache at times, supervisors will jump in to help as much as they can to help you control and learn for future situations like that. The workload is nothing compared to other jobs, it's very simple and clear. The pay is standard but that can always be discussed with upper management at any time. Overall, a great job to have if interested in customer service and sales.

Its a minimum wage job and they expect you to do maximum work constantly: clean the toilets, clean the mirrors, clean the windows, broom the floors, mop the floor, clean the helmets, clean the tables, animate the races, charge the karts, broom the track, take the garbage bags out, replace the garbage bags, they have a whole listing of tasks for you to do and they don't even treat you all that nice. It could be fun if you land on a fun team but otherwise the job is mid.

Please NEVER think the bosses here are your friends. They hide stuff from you, they do NOT take you into consideration. They only wanna make money and you get paid peanuts compared to the Managers. PLUS the major letting go of multiple employees of the laval branch and telling some of them to get cars (in secret) to work at dorval/montreal. also not offering everyone a transfer... snaky snakes

It's really badly organized, they hire more people when they don't even have a lot of hours for all the employees, plus they ask for your desired salary and they will still give you the minimum wage plus they don't get along with the employees they put them in hours that they can't present themselves and get mad at them like if it was personal when they need to realize that their life don’t surround them 

worst job management is terrible and when something is wrong you have to endure the complaining of the clients even though it’s not your fault the new managers barely know what they’re doing the one who owns the place is even worse they ask you to do too much for not enough and alot of stuff needs to be checked over there would not recommend 

It was a absolute blast working there, the other employees were so nice and friendly and the management was fantastic, I felt apart of a family while working there and it was not difficult. 

I used to work there and trust me it's not worth it. The manager is very bad, there is always something broken that takes months to repair, you mostly do cleaning than the actual job. I could go on with everything that is wrong with this place...

The bosses are never there and theres always problems. They dont even follow covid measures. Very unprofessional . They change schedule me last min then yelll at you for being late or not showing up 

The bosses don’t care about the employees and the clients they only care about saving money they leave the employees take care of everything and complain about their work
