I gave this place a medium ranking, but many people I worked with probably would have given it 1 star. The company management was quite bad, they were mainly focused on keeping their customers happy, even if that meant dumping unreasonable requests/promises on the employees and telling us to just 'find a way' to get it done (even if sometimes it can't be done). That said, my immediate supervisors ranged from not good to great (I have 4 different supervisors in my 3 years, so that tells you something). When I had a great supervisor, it really made my work experience so much better; when I had a not good supervisor, I wasn't even aware that I had performance reviews being conducting. The salary was bad (although the benefits were nice to have), as the company is very cheap, which is easy when you treat employees like replaceable parts in a machine. If you don't suck at your job, you can have a job for as long as you want to work there, but there was basically no room for growth or advancement. There were many employees were played the politics game, and made it almost unbearable for some, but I somehow (unknowingly) managed to get in their good books, so it didn't bother me too much. Also with company culture, there were quite a few who were very happy to play the blame game, and they always managed to pass the buck off; if it eventually stops with you, your work experience will not be as fun. The bottom line is, once you get all you can out of a job here, the only reason to stay is if you like the people you immediately work with, and your supervisor.

I am most productive to work in an environment where the management and other member of the team are supportive of each other. I have learned that team work is very important in whatever kind of work in accomplishing certain goal no matter how hard the goal is. It is most difficult if the management is unconcerned for the welfare of its employee and team members are not united in achieving common goals. I enjoy most in my work if I am appreciated and recognized with the work I have accomplished and if people/colleagues/clients are satisfied with what I done for them.

Flexibility, most managers are professional . They understand that employees are human being! 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working in a lab with no health benefit is risky!!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone is friendly there. No racism. But low payment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A busy day 9-6/ 8-5 . 30 mins unpaid lunch!  But you can take it whenever you like  if your manager or super user allowed that.

While I was there many people either quit or were fired with no notice. People are not compensated fairly and if you question your wage be prepared to be belittled if you hold anything less than a masters degree and scolded for discussing your wage with others. I did the work of 3 people while training others and preparing training files for those who made a decent amount more than me. If you work here you will become nothing more than a workhorse and a number. 

The first year is really good experience, but they do not promote from within and pay very poorly. The work given was interesting and challenging but the work environment was stressful and the culture promoted getting things done quickly over doing them properly.

The company is managed by people who lack professional and personal integrity, and they will expect you to abandon yours.  Some really great people work here, but their good ideas are ignored by upper management.

Quite a bottom of the bin type job. Minimum pay, though you do get benefits, however, not much time to use them in the contract period. Management is friendly, understanding in agriculture division, but... other parts of the lab are not so lucky. Your jobs are easy mindless tasks if you know how to work. Takes initiative and integrity to know how to work here, as no one will "have your back" without something in it for them.

I worked at my own station, my own computer, did all the mixing myself.  I didn't have to work much with those extremely hot ovens, as my co-worker enjoyed doing that part.  The only thing that I didn't like was when I trained a few others and found out that they were getting paid more than I was!  Not fair!  Overall, I would probably work there again!

A lot of work demand and not enough hands to do it, dealing with constant breakdowns and budget fixes. Very dangerous work conditions and can mess you up if you're not 100% focused and aware. Not worth the amount of $$ they pay, didn't receive any wage increase after two years of working hard and doing it to the letter.

very stressful place to work management its not moral hr representative is family of the owner so there is not change in the company for good employees are not treated well and the don care how much experience you have the will still treat you as a minority.
the take the end of year bonus to pay expenses for their own place.
employees comes and quits in no time there is always a new employ.
i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
