Upper management listen to the wrong people on the floor. They have there people who work with the floor feeding them the wrong information and not working together as a team. Then they do not ask the people working on the floor the proper information and believe what they are told. I have never worked in a place where one person back stabs every other manager and he is believed by the upper management. Its like they have blinders on. This is why a lot of good people have left but this is not noticed at all. There are a lot of good people here but the floor environment is terrible.

Active Exhaust is a good company to work for.  They provide an environment where your skills are constantly challenged and developed.  I've developed many skills working at Active Exhaust which I would consider to be the most enjoyable part of the job.  People are friendly from department to department, however I think that some departments could be managed better to create a better support system and workplace culture.

There is a serious lake of support from the Management for various team members to complete their job.  Some suggestions are given which could transform the bad culture in the company, then it is quickly denied without any minutes given to analize the proposal.  The infrastructure to do the job effectively is not their and good and intelligent people are pushed outside.

It is a noisy, dusty and heavy job but I had a lot of fun with my peers. I had the chance to work a lot of OT which helped me to cover my school tuition.  Salapa ( im not sure if I spell it right) was a good supervisor once he gets to know you and the way you work

I don't remember.. Its been a minute since....

Good cultural environment. Lack of chance for advancement. Somewhat high level of micromanagement with few potentials to perform strategic activities. Focus is emphasized on firefighting. 
Great people to work with is the main positive.

A good place to work. Friendly environment and the best supervisor I ever had before. However being on a contract job, my job security was very low which is not to blame to any body, except the requirements there

Extremely repetitive and monotonous. Prepare to do the exact same thing for 8 hrs straight!! I had some fun because the supervisor was some what of a cool guy, however i cant stress enough that the repetition will be fun for a couple of days, after which you may become suicidal. lol. Good luck

You are always being watched; there is no trust and lack of respect from the top down. Culture is horrible. Employees are expected to participate in what they call social activities only out of fear of being blacklisted 

The shop floor culture is very aggressive, experiencing very low culture and bad manner from most of them, it seems it is generalised to have an inappropriate attitude in there, rude, aggressive, and persist to change, and improvement.
