If you are not on bench, the client decides whether you can work for them in their office or remotely. If you are on bench, you have to work a hybrid schedule as mandated by your manager. 

It's a consulting firm meaning that you must always be ready to prove your skills and have technical interviews with potential clients. And placements are fluid - sometimes you are so good that you end up working for the client for years, sometimes your skills are just enough for the project and you are done after that project and benched for an unknown number of time after that. It's really still dependent on your skills as a Data professional. If you have previous experience, you will rank up quite fast. If you aren't, there is an amazing system set in place that will help you upskill, but you will be competing with people in the early category who are most desired for the jobs.

Had quite a few strange and unfriendly interactions possibly as a result of me being the only graphic designer there at the time. It was an uncomfortable time and I felt as though introversion was almost frowned upon.

Good organization to work for, decent benefits and salary.

Hopefully they will look beyond body shopping work.
