Poor supervision often resulted in lack of required equipment and materials needed to effectively complete the assigned job, this often resulted in a job not being fully finished or only being finished with subpar quality. Had to really poke at management whenever something went wrong or when equipment broke. We often found ourselves having to somehow work with less than the bare minimum of required materials and regularly had to jimmy rig our equipment by ourselves when something broke or stopped working.

l worked for Admiral starting in Jan 2010.
Of all the companies I ve worked for its been the best.
Staff are good natured , payroll is always on time .
  There are more options for work to apply for than the  other companies.
Cleaning Staff, Grounds Crew, Carpet Vans, 
(All depending on the current hiring at the time)

Was "laid off" suddenly without warning by people who were not my manager or supervisor. No communication between higher ups and staff, expected to work overtime without being asked or without choice. Terribly run. The boss does not care at all about his staff and what they are expected to complete. Never work here.

Worked cleaning a mall , including many duties( sweep, mop, windows, washrooms)  Great place to  work , working at your own pace, as long as your work was all done at the end of the day.

Horrible management. They do not respect their employees in any way. Constantly trying to add more tasks to your workload, even tho your schedule will already be packed. Laid off without reason two days before my probation period was ended.

fast paced repetitive  work, cleaning the food court, emptying garbage, etc.
not a very motivating work environment.
got let go because the company lost a cleaning contract at the mall.

My experience is too personal to convey in a fair context. I felt that my work performance was on par, but I always had reservations about what was truly expected of me, and about the decision making of the management.

the hours are good and i am able to support myself because of this job, its a good company to work for

Not a great work environment, management is disorganized and does not care about the employee at all cuts corners in supplies and blames the worker when tasks are not completed
