Days fly by here. There is no shortage of work. Management has high expectations and standards and holds everyone accountable to them.  It pushes a person to be better.  The company is innovative and is always looking for ways to improve. The hardest part of the job is keeping up to the customer demand, but that creates great job security for those that take pride in their work and that do it right the first time.  The best part of the job is the great culture and team environment. The company is always looking for ways to improve their service levels, increase their satisfaction ratings of employees and customers, and looks for ways to do it better.  They are open to ideas and are interesting in supporting those that are engaged in their role.

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with my time at here. 
This place is a revolving door for mechanics, average tenure Is less than a year, don't waste your time. If you don't have the experience they want you won't last long, if you have the experience they expect you won't want to work in this shop, it's the most disorganized, cluttered, dirty shop I have ever worked in.
Safety is preached but not implemented in the least.
The shop manager over promises every single job to every single customer, I had to de-escalate two irate customers in my first week about jobs I had nothing to do with because the manager and/or lead hand refused to deal with the customer themselves.

I am coming up on 18 months with this company and I can easily say that this is THE company to work for in this industry. I have to admit that my first year was met with some struggles - the pandemic hit everyone hard, but they kept me on when they did not have to. That is just one example of the ways that Ownership treat you like family. They back you up when needed and they honour their promises which is a fading attribute at a lot companies these days. Working a sales role for a company that is invested in growing  and promoting quality products is a breath of fresh air and I would recommend this place to anyone!

While everyone at Adrenaline will have different experiences I can only speak for myself. Working at Adrenaline has been nothing but great for me. Owners appreciate hard work and treat their employees like family. Can the Job be stressful yes at times it can be but show me a job that does not have stress and challenges. If you come to work and do your Job proficiently then you will not have any issues, However if you come to work just to collect a paycheck and a I don't care attitude like a lot I have seen come and go then yes this is not the place for you. The employees that are here are great and management is very approachable with any issues you may have and very supportive. 

I have worked for various boss's in the past but I find the CEO to be very open and willing to work with the whole of the company very well.  Any issues can be brought up to the management without fear of repercussions  and can be rectified and worked out fairly.  I look after the management of the office along with the accounting and although there are times that the work can get overwhelming due to being busy, I am always willing to put in the extra time because working there is worth it!!

The day starts with a review of jobs and a collaborative input of ideas and resolutions to any issues present. I have continued to learn everyday since I started which was totally different from the dealerships I worked for in the past. With a smaller crew, management and staff tend to work closely and we try to resolve issues before they get out of hand. I'd say the hardest part of this job is trying to keep up with an ever changing industry. Having a world of resource at our fingertips keeps this shop at the forefront. 

If you wanna rip rails before, during, and after work this is the place for you. If you're a hack then they will love you. This place only cares about money. Safety is preached but only if it doesnt get in the way of work or cost the company money. This place is a revolving door of mechanics and probably averages 10 or more per year.

I have been with the company since it's inception and have seen it grow to what it is today, friendly environment, family oriented, lots of benefits.  My boss is very sympathetic to everyone's needs when it comes to family or appointments.  We are super busy so some days can be crazier than others but help is always there when you need it.

Adrenaline is a fast paced, team oriented shop that pays very well for the size of shop it is. Owners are very rewarding and appreciative. Lots of opportunities to further training in all makes and models . 

They only have one gear they work in and no room for error. Apprentice forgiveness for lack of knowledge is non existent. Marty is a fantastic owner and very easy to get a long with. It’s the shop manager and foreman that make things hard. They’re never there to help if you ever need it.
