very good coworkers, however management leaves a bit to be desired, can be very chaotic, with a lot of nepotism in the management. if a complaint is lodged, it will be put off for as long as possible. the hardest part of the job is that sometimes you will be given unrealistic expectations by your lead hand/ supervisor for the amount of product they ask you make in a single shift. it has an excellent culture in the Weld department, however the adjoining dept. in Assembly has a lot of gossip, I recommend avoiding it. the most enjoyable part of the job was the creativity we were aloud to express in our free time.

DO NOT APPLY! Horrible place to work, horrible people to work for and overall not a good workplace. When I started there was 20 people a month later when I left there was only 7. They don’t provide proper PPE (dust masks in place of proper respirators) and we were forced to work when the power went out for 6 hours (forklifts driving around in the dark). Management is incredibly rude and harass their employees. They only care about the money aspect and do not care for employees. 

They are a good place to start off working at, but I would not recommend working there if you have adequate experience. The atmosphere there is extremely stressful, the shop is always filthy with poor air quality (which led to a previous employee getting sick from it.) overall I would not work there

Great place for new welders to improve their welding skills, l;earn to work with people, and get hands-on experience. Management is very helpful as well. As long as you show up every day and onetime, you'll have no problem moving up in the company. Very nice workers and very nice owner!

Pay sucks but you're still expected to buy tools, air quality is horrible,  and the work is hard. 
Management treats employees like criminals but to be fair some are.  I was happy how they dealt with me being harassed by a coworker.

Worked with many Good people here and learned a lot. The work was challenging. Lots of opportunity to learn and grow if you have the drive. Needs more investment in technology. 

The owner is an extremely impressive self starter who has much to teach junior engineers. A lot is expected of you and if you deliver, management will notice.

High level of responsibility.

The GM genuinely cares about his employees. Always went above and beyond to make the workplace better in anyway he could. Good please to get your foot in the door and begin your career in welding.

ADS (Advanced Design Solutions) was a busy workplace but yet enjoyable to work in. the hours were great and so were the other workers as well as management.
