Working as a CSR at Advanced Self Storage has been a fantastic experience. Each day is engaging, from assisting customers with storage solutions to managing accounts and ensuring a welcoming environment. I’ve learned valuable skills like problem-solving, time management, and effective communication. The management team is supportive and approachable, creating a positive and professional workplace culture where teamwork thrives. While dealing with challenging situations can be tough, it’s also an opportunity for growth. The most rewarding part is helping customers and knowing I’ve made their experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

A typical day at work is well-structured and productive. I handle my responsibilities efficiently while also learning new skills along the way. The management team is very understanding and approachable — they always encourage open communication and provide guidance whenever needed.

The workplace culture is positive and friendly, with everyone willing to help each other out. It makes the environment comfortable and enjoyable to work in.

The hardest part of the job is managing multiple tasks during busy hours, but it teaches me how to stay organized and handle pressure effectively. Overall, it’s a great experience that helps me grow both professionally and personally.

It is a great environment to grow and learn about running a business. I was empowered to review revenue targets and operating budgets and help Upper Management decide the best way to manage the storage location I was running.
It's a retail environment, with storage lockers to look after.
The hardest part was getting rentals when things were slow; otherwise, it is a great workplace that offers lots of flexibility throughout the day.




I have learned valuable communication and problem-solving skills, as well as patience and adaptability under pressure. 
It took me some time to familiarize myself with the company's rules, legal basis, and the workflow in general, but the staff were patient and willing to help me until I got comfortable.
Management was supportive and provided clear guidance, fostering a collaborative workplace culture where teamwork thrived. 

Advanced Self Storage is a great place to work. Starting from the CSR roll to management is a great achievement. Getting support from management is one of the keys to moving forward in our company. They give us many  tools how to develop leadership, how to develop great customer service.   When you have drive and compassion for your job it beats obstacles along the way. 

Work and personal life is fully balanced with advanced self storage. All the employees get full support whenever needed. 
My skills have increased greatly with advanced. I'm blessed to be part of such an amazing company. 

Although teamwork was said to be important, management talked down about staff and customer.  They offer training and tell you you're are doing good by giving bonuses and positive feedback then turn around and let you go because you're not the right fit for the company  Its manipulative and confusing. 

Overall, a very supportive team to work with. Senior management is just a phone call away, and not out of touch. When we work solo, a manager will check in several times throughout the day to make sure we are doing okay. Work culture is great, with many team bonding events. 

Great company. Supportive environment  managers are inviting decision making. Lots of shared knowledge and support from senior management   Fair bonus plan. Extended medical plan. Management comes and help
With cleaning if required. Even support available in the weekend. 

At Advanced Self Storage they give us everything we need to be successful. If you're willing to do your job they will do their. Management team are always available when you need them and they care about their employees.
