Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. 
Management is very disorganized.
4 quality auditors and they'll all give a different answer to the same question. They all need to be retrained so they're all in agreement of the requirements of the jobs. One quality auditor does very little to help train new operators or to assist any operators with any questions they have about parts and changes job instructions from day to day causing errors. 
No wage increase after a year of employment so somebody there only 1 year is making the same wage as somebody whose been there 10 years.  No appreciation shown for dedication to the company. 
Health & safety concerns are blown off by management unless an injury occurs. 
Management shows favoritism with allowing some employees to show up late and do minimal work with no consequences while others are disciplined for (medical) absences.

Worked here maybe couple of months. There's no communication at all between  management, they pull you in too many directions at once and then the other gets mad because you were told to do something opposite to them. Unfriendly quality auditor didn't treat me well. One of reasons I quit. Operations manager and hr  said oh that's just the culture of that person. Or people of this generation. Like that had anything to do with the excuse of them not doing anything about it. Seems like they let some people get away with being really bad employees and punish the hard workers. If you wanna pull out your hair work here. Every day you have different job.

First thing in the morning get all paperwork from the night before, then load the morning truck that is scheduled to be there. Go to get a line up for the day on what needs to be shipped, when, how, where. Get that ready, loaded and unload trucks all day off and on. Organizing the warehouse for inventory after a shipment has been prepared.

I give it a zero for a review. No respect for the workers. There is no fairness for the work that you do it is mostly favouritism.  It doesn’t matter how much you do for this company there is never a recognition for someone’s hard work

First thing I would be assigned to either the robotic welding line (auto parts) or I would be on the bumper assembly line. Both were very fast paced environments which in a way would help the day go by. 2 breaks and a quick lunch. Always had steady work though.

Do NOT waste your time applying for a position.  It is a very filthy and smelly place to work.  They make promises and then boot you out the door.  Management are nothing more than a bunch of hypocrites.


This was a very clean enviorment and i really liked the atmosphere with fellow workers also management was very polite.The work days were long and very busy loved it as time flew by,i really like to work hard and love fast paced productivity

Love the student program and learned many skills any young student needs in the real world. Employees were very nice and respectful and all had strong work ethics. Love the experience in the student summer program.

Go to work with my dad and work for 8 hours and enjoy it. I learned how to work hard there. Management was good. My co-workers were good i new all of them. Hardest part of the job was my dad bossin me around. The most fun at work was work in general.

Factory closed in the Chatham area. While working here I was a key holder, as well as the organization of staff and product. Line set ups for product to be painted as well as being inspected and packed for shipments.
