Dilawhri Group stores are well known in the industry for grinding up employees and and having "creative" accounting depts when it comes to carving up your pay. The actually admitted they have two cost sheet, one for the frontor the dealership, and one for internal so they can backwards adjust your pay. Don't believe me? Ask anyone who worked/works there!

Worst thing u can do is work for Dilawri group

But get out as soon as you can, the pay is low they are always focused on numbers numbers numbers. They say the care about the customer but that is not the case they only care about numbers, and when the customer complains well the company comes down hard on you. It is the culture of the group that is toxic, from the top down. Very very very high turnover.

Dealership hasn't earned money in a really long time. Let go employees way too quickly especially management. Don't fulfill promises to customers on special event pricing or give away's. Dont pay employees bonus money in full when owed for special events. Dont share customer traffic equally.

Save your time and don’t work here I promise you it’s the best decision you’ll make in your life. Everyone hates there job over there and the work environment is the main reason. Just toxic people from the managers all the way to the people from the back with no qualifications or skills at all.

teaches you how to response when the customer ask a question that throws you off guard

Its a lot of fun the people there are great definitely know what they're doing management is great everybody gets along overall a great place to do my co-op placement.

As a location it is very good. but, pay wise as a group they are not great. but if u sell lot of cars u have high chance to earn especially during may to August

Fun place to work. The job is easy and the people are nice! As long as you pay attention and do your job there will be no problems. Best part of the job is driving all day.
